Went at 2:30 to ask if they do walk-ins. I was told yes but it would be an hour, come back at 3:45. On the way home they called me and said 4.
My sister and I got there right before 4, washed our hands, and chose our colors.
We waited 35 minutes and they tried to seat us separately. Why would I want to sit far away from the person I came with? Makes no sense. So we waited 10 more minutes for seats next to each other.
My sister and I like our nails but this place needs a better concept of time. While there 5 people left due to time constraints and long waits, and another demanded a discount (which was denied).
If you are in a hurry go somewhere else. Also if they tell you a time add at least 20 minutes....
Very expensive, they charge extra on your fills to file under the nail, to put glue under, and file while shaping the length. just a normal file while shaping? Not a cut down or file down. Just to shape, (I didn’t ask or request for it, it’s always been part of the service) I felt taken advantage of for just a regular set of fills with a already short natural length. Last time I was also charged the 43.00 but I had a cutdown & she put NO glue underneath & one nail came off because the nail curled up underneath. I went back a week later & she didn’t charge me to put another nail because she said there was no glue underneath.
Went for pedicure. Technician was terrible. I requested a medium-expensive treatment but the tech would not stop trying to get me to spend more. I kept declining, so she retaliated by calling my exfoliating scrub the 4-min "massage" that is included with all pedicures, even though I paid extra for the scrub. I also paid for callus removal but she left all the callus on one foot. She did not help me with my shoes, or even hand them to me. I had gone there for years, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's just ok, but after that experience I'm never going back.
I liked the service and the quality. But I was charged for services that I did not receive. When I asked the counter clerk why it was so much and told him I did not get the particular service, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and wouldn’t let me see my ticket. It was very disappointing, be careful, and make sure you get clear prices before you allow them to start.

I called because my shop was backed up; had three waiting! Since I was going on vacation I decided to seek service near our area. One told me right off they were backed up! However, when I called star the gentleman..,Tony?? said I can begin by 5:30-no later than 5:45 so I went. One lady was a walk in who went before me then another came in and said she had a 5:30 appointment ! But, I was there at 5:30 and she came in about 5:35. She also started before me! At 6:20 I was put in water and started service! My issue is their service was $10 dollars more, less steps/less treatments, cheaper product and I could have gone back to my regular shop and waited had I been told the honest truth. I also feel I should have been put in chair before the last lady! At least make it look fair!
