Manipulative, price gouging. Demanded for tips. Took advantage of elderly woman with Alzheimer's.
$50 for a pedicure and badgered relentlessly for tips.
I prepaid for my mother whom is mentally disabled. I told them Just a pedicure with regular nail polish. I specifically said JUST those two things. (she lives on a fixed income, Hense the prepaying for the service)
I went next door to get a haircut, asked them to take care of her and said I was going to right next door if there were any issues. When I returned to the salon they demanded $15 more . And then they made a huge deal about us tipping and how we have to hurry and bring back their tip.
I agreed to what I paid for, not extra. Rediculous they'd take advantage of a person with Alzheimer.!

Good service and very friendly people. I really loved my color and my shape. I definitely am obsessed with the flame on my ring finger, it looks exactly how I wanted it to look!! I am definitely coming back and I am recommending Linda, she did a really good job!
I waited in parking lot for 15 min to find out they were already open staff was friendly I needed fill which actually came out good I'm rough on them from work I wanted round square but got sharp edges uneven nails and paint has already started to come off I had to refile them for the shape I wanted but I can't really do much about the smudge paint on few fingers then I get up this morning and some how there is a chunk of my right thumb nail missing on the corner I will not go back to this place wish I could post photos
Called last minute. Was told to make an appointment. While doing so, they changed their mind and had me come in.
Sha ("like sha-na-na) was assigned to my pedicure.
When asked about the stenciling, he said" no problem".
It took him over an hour to do my pedicure. I was not at all happy with the work he had done but was going to let the art go. However, at the time, it felt as though he had rounded my big toe nail too much and had the feeling of being ingrown for the first 4 weeks. I have attached photos of what my big toe looks like after nearly 6 weeks.

Toe nail is slowly growing out. It's dead and will eventually fall off. Both big toenails were damaged. Added last photo collage showing damage as of now.
Linda did a beautiful job on my dip nails. Very particular to make sure they look perfect.
So glad I came here. I will be back to visit Jimmy, his work and service are unmatched!!
Excellent mani/pedi! My nails look fantastic! The place was clean and they were very diligent in distancing and limiting the number of people in the salon.
This place used to be my favorite but have been inconsistent the last two times I came. Set up an appointment for an acrylic full set and set me up with a technician who doesn’t do acrylic... at a nail salon... had me waiting 50 minutes + on the next technician and ended up walking out. Will not be returning anytime soon. Linda is the best tho!
