I have been to star nails before and great. The last time I went my nails were crooked so I started going somewhere else. Well my normal place was booked and I was going out of town. So I went to star nails. I brought my 5 year old and she picked 3 colors the guy was like 3 colors you need more then you have 10 fingers so we changed it to 2 colors and I said blue on ring fingers and pink on rest. He did opposite didn’t ask if I wanted shellac. Now to mine I had a design and wanted when I walked in I told them I wanted full set with dip and they got polish, I said I want dip. The guy acted like he couldn’t do design so I changed and said just do neon green on all and neon pink on ring fingers. He tried to talk me in to acrylic and I said no I want dip with tips, he didn’t give me color I wanted and cut me. I showed him the color I wanted 3 times.I told him ouch and pulled hand and he just looked at me. I told him I’m bleeding no sorry just put nail glue on it. Then charged more than what was on board. Won’t go back rude! Still tender and had them done Friday!

Had to leave my prior nail saloon after almost 2 years due to my nails always breaking/chipping even with gel. So I switched over to STAR NAILS and THEY ARE AMAZING! Cheap and very attentive, 3 times in a row I was very happy with my nails so this is my new nail place for sure! They don't tell me "no" to any of the designs I want, and they always look very similar to what I'm asking for! All the signs make it very intimidating to the cost, but each time I get a fill they never charge me more than $30-$35 with gel and usually glitter.

Star Nails did a great job on an elderly diabetics very difficult pedicure, and they did it for a quite reasonable price. The facility was clean and accessable. There is handicapped parking and a ramp just outside the salon.

I went to star nails today to get my moms nails done for her birthday. I informed them I was coming before 2:30 and I arrive and they are over booked. I was under the impression that I was next in line but I waited for 3 and a half hours to get her nails done. When they finally got started they messed up the nails 3 times and had to redo them! The stars blend together and the moon is supposed to be a sticker. He burned her finger with the machine they use to file your nails. He charged me almost $60 dollars when on their price board the shortest nails cost $30. All of the employees charge a different price and charge whatever they want. Very disappointed.

This place is great! I gave them a semi complicated order and the absolutely "nailed" it!

Okay I really even hate to do this but it was just wrong ???? so I go in there & I ask for dip powder on my real nails, that’s what I’ve been getting lately & I really love it. Michael, the man who was sitting next to the desk up front, came over to me and was like hey you know what color you want? So I’m like well I actually want this red color & I showed him a photo of the shade I wanted. He said they didn’t have that in dip powder but he said we could put a gel polish on top since it’s the color I wanted. So dope. Great that was very nice of him! So my lady comes over and she started doing my nails. I told her how Michael said I could do the gel top color since they didn’t have it in dip powder. She said okay she’ll do it for me. Awesome. As she starts doing my nails she looks at my eyelashes (that I pay good money for) and tells me they look messed up. Then proceeded to tell me how I SHOULDN’T clean them….. sis? Sorry I’m clean. Then tells me how she does her own and how hers look better. Great, good for you honey. So she starts to dip my nails and tells me how it makes me nails healthier and all this and I was like oh yes! That’s why I like the dip powder and she started being nice again. Before she put the gel polish on, she looked at my nails and was like “these look fine you don’t need the polish right??” And I was like well.. he told me I could do that so that’s what I had in mind this whole time. And she rolls her eyes & does it. Even though she did the service, her attitude & the things she was saying is what made it not cool. Also when she started buffing my nails with the drill she told me she cut me because I wasn’t being still. Mind you, the whole service she kept telling me to relax, and then would tell me to move my hand when she moves it, like I’ve gotten my nails done hundreds of times I think I know how to get them done?? Everyone else in the salon seemed to be having a great time. It was just this specific nail tech that wasn’t giving me any good vibes.

I came in shortly after close not realizing and the lady look good care of me! She didn’t mind at all to do my pedicure. She was the only one left here.. She was very nice and gave a great pedicure! 10/10 recommend
