Way over priced for a gel manicure, paid $50 plus tip to get cut multiple times (thumb looks infected too) just to have the polish chip the very next day. All I wanted was nice nails for a vacation and just left feeling ripped off. Been going to the Warren location for years prior to the pandemic and this is not up to the quality I was used to from this business.
I was greeted politely and signed in. I waited about 10 minutes and was then called back to have Jack do my nails. He was very kind and very efficient. He did a lovely job on my nails just the way I requested. This is a beautiful and clean Salon. I will go back. I just wish they had a Masseuse!
The service here is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Emily is my nail artist and I highly recommend her! I never leave unsatisfied. I never have any problems with nails popping off or color wearing off.
My first time at Star Nails & Spa II & I will definitely be going back. It was hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the Deluxe pedicure. It included a glass of wine, heated weighted towel behind my neck, complete foot and leg massage, heated towels around my legs, hot stone massage, back and neck massage and so much more! Very impressed. 10/10 recommend.
First time here and I will be a regular customer from now on. I think the lady that did my nails name was Helen, she did such an amazing job! The shape is the best I ever had, I love the design, I love everything. I live about 20 minutes away but I don't mind the distance if I'm going to have phenomenal nails
I have not had a bad experience at Star Nails 2. Many nail salons I have visited in the fast always rush and end of cutting me. I have never had that issue with Star Nails. They are efficient but thorough. Every design that I have brought in, they were able to accommodate beautifully.
Some of the nail artists do a great job, Emily and Jack! There are also a great selection of colors. However, I stopped coming here due to the fact that I would make an appointment but still wait 30-45 minutes. I feel as though the services need to be either walk in only or appointment only and extra time should be allotted for clients wanting detailed designs.
Would not recommend! Nail tech left nails on one foot much longer than the other after trimming. I had to treat my great toes with antibiotic cream for 3 days after service due to pain and redness. Tech never spoke to me but carried on a full conversation with another tech. Poor nail service and even poorer customer service. Never again...
