They are so friendly and every time I come they make sure everything is done neatly and in order . The wax experience was more than amazing and honey with that gel she put on after she was done has me feeling like a new born baby.

These ladies are super friendly.

They are efficient in their work.

The establishment is clean. I have been here the most since I moved here & although I keep trying different nail salons, I always end up coming back to Star Nails. I feel like I'm betraying them everytime I go somewhere else & although they are a little pricey according to my bank account, their prices really aren't higher than anywhere else I've been so far, except for one salon.

My mother and I went here for pedicures and they were extremely nice and did a very great job! My feet have never felt more refreshed and my toenails are gorgeous!

I showed a pic of how I wanted my nails done said she could do it my nails look nothing like how I wanted them she cut them too short and not painted right supposed to be ombre but their not never going back there again

Got a full set and pedicure deluxe. She wasn't attentive to my sister and I but my mails were not same shape or even them lady kept trying to pressure me to get gel polish despite my nails were not done properly

. I will not go back.

They rushed doing my nails. They over charged me and got mad when I told them my nails were sideways had a attitude cuz I asked them to fix my nails they already over charged me for. Did my eyebrows wrong had attitude when I asked them to fix them. Talked about me like I wasn’t sitting there thinking I can’t understand their language but I can. Will not go back very bad service

I have had my nails done in numerous places in and around High Point, and to be honest, this place was BY FAR the dirtiest, most unprofessional and just low quality nails I've ever had. They cut off my old SNS nails with tow nail clippers and tweezers. Within 1 day, 2 of my nails CAME OFF.....SNS nails now. My daughter and I went together, and to get 2 full sets/SNS it was $130.... I've never come NEAR spending that much. Would not ever suggest this place to anyone... then the bill came and I was STUNNED...by the time I realized how bad they really were, it was too late to stop them.... SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.. Asked to talk to the manager/owner, was told she wasn't working that day... "Of course"

DON'T GO HERE!! They are friendly but offer horrible nail services. I went for a fill in and she rushed it. Didn't file off the old acrylic that was coming up, didn't

smooth out the new acrylic. It was rushed my nails are rough. I questioned it and she said you fine it'll dry. I went here because I was on this side of town. You want professional nails, clean services, and happy hour please follow me to Pro Nail Care in Jamestown. I will NEVER go anywhere else out of convenience SMH
