Every time I’ve went here it has been horrible. Do not go. The guy in there is okay but the woman is sloppy and rushed even though every time I’ve gone we’re the only people in there. She can’t keep the polish on the nail and if I get acrylics they’re crooked. She isn’t careful and it will be painful. You can see in the picture she totally effed up my toe and made it bleed. She completely over charged us this was 150 dollars. Go to the nail place on the square it is much better, cheaper, and they are way more professional. Do not go here.
i have never left a review before but this place needed one. the guy that took off my old paint to fill and reshape my acrylics did the most haphazard quick and terrible job that i was in tears the entire time he ruined my nails and didn’t even properly fill then the lady that painted them afterwards didn’t tell me the inspo pic i had was out of her talent range and did the worst rushed i don’t care type of job possible she left lint she didn’t use the colors i wanted and overall they were just rude she charged extra for the designs that i would’ve been happy to pay extra for but she didn’t even try to make it look good she said it was hard and did the quickest crappiest job she could possibly do. my mom asked for dip and specifically stated she didn’t want acrylic and instead of saying we don’t have dip she said i’ll do a clear coat and then gel on top cause it’s “better for your nails” and then put the acrylic powder + oil thing mix (idk what it’s called) on top of my moms normal natural nails and then some paint which wasn’t the color my mom picked cause every color she picked the lady said no not that one etc. we will never be going back and after crying the entire time in pain and then getting such a terrible paint job she tried to offer us $30 only for next time cause she realized we hated it so much by the end. my mom usually tips heavily and they didn’t even ask if she wanted to tip cause they knew they did such a poor job we wouldn’t be tipping. if you care been a little about how your nails feel and look ATAY AWAY.
Was told to wait 45 mins and she got paint all over my cuticle and sides of nails. They didn't fit right. Didn't use the oil and wasn't told to wash my hands like most places do. Nails weren't smooth but lumpy. Always have to refile my nails when I get home. Break easily. They don't soak ur nail off. They use a nail from the kit to lift it and broke my real nail underneath. Wont go back!! She even cut my cuticle trying to file them.
Myself and my 2 daughters went on March 4th. All of us got acrylic nails and pedicures. My youngest daughters toe polish washed off in her bath water the next day!! I’m pretty ticked off about it because we are going on vacation tomorrow, which is the day after it washed off!!!! I Will be calling when they open!!
HORRIBLE!! there was no one else, but was extremely rushed. my nails look awful. she cut my toenails very jagged. got polish all over my skin. it hurt and burns.
My wife goes here at least once a month. They are so friendly and detailed with their work. They make her happy so that makes me happy!
We got to the salon and waited a couple minutes. When the guy fitted our nails, he was fast but got glue all over my fingers. When the lady painted my nails, she didn't go to the sides of the nail, just stayed toward the middle. I asked her to go closer to the edges and cuticles, she said it was bad for the skin but would do it if I wanted. I said yes, because it looked unfinished. It was gel so it had to cure so she had me check to see if the paint was to my liking. As I was checking out my nails, she told me to please hurry because they were busy....excuse me? I'm paying for them to do a good job, and she's trying to rush me!? She didn't even clean out the excess acrylic or glue under/around the nail. I didn't even want to leave a tip, but I did because it was the right thing to do. This was the first and LAST time going to this salon!
Went in for a fill in. My nails are still fabulous after 2 weeks! I'll go back. Lady owner is very nice and speaks good English.
