Look very confused when you walk in as if they are not a hair braiding establishment say one price on the phone when you get there it goes up dramatically 5 people there one person in a chair and no time to do box braids lol weird energy

I used to come here a lot and valued the services. The quality has gone down. My hair wasn't properly combed. I have coarse hair, hunks came out as she started from the top. Bulky braids make my hair fall out from tension and my opinion wasn't valued, time wasn't taken doing my hair for the price.

I used to come here all the time. That changed last August. Star was back visiting her home country. A lady who never did my hair before did it that day. She did my hair so tight. When I took it down a lot of my hair came out. Haven't been back since. Started going to a new place. There're much better. Even give me hair products that actually worked. The only hair product Star give me made my scalp itch so bad I had to throw it away.
