Super friendly and professional staff serving homemade authentic pie and mash. My first experience of this East end delicacy was superb. The staff were amazing in their conduct. The place is clean and standard of any cafe. The chips were crispy and the scampi perfectly cooked. A runny egg is always a crowd pleaser. The ham could be improved though; it had the taste as from a deli counter, a cooked ham would really improve the dish. A great experience and would recommend if you are craving some traditional London grub.
Very good place to have a breakfast or afternoon lunch there is few spaces outside to park your car. Staff always friendly and helpful if you got special requests or need some assistance they will definitely make sure then you are helped. Yeah just next door you got the African food store normal stores and hairdresser and the pharmacy as well so it's not bad location if you need to do a few more things than just have a breakfast. Highly recommended.
Very good pie and mash and good gravy. Pie actually has something inside unlike another pie shop I went to months ago.
I live 260 miles away, so when in the area give Stacey's a call with a order, or have others collect if I'm meeting them somewhere else.
Stacey's is great, quality is good they are helpful and nothing to much bother, I live in cornish pasty land but nothing beats pie and mash,
A great place for hot drinks, but not for food if you only eat a vegetarian diet. Still, the staff were very honest and lovely, so I've given 4 stars. I'd have given 5 stars if there was a more inclusive menu.
I had a T/A of 2xP,1xM and 1xL £8.00 ish !
Pies-Almost had some meat in, Mash was lumpy and cold even though it was put in microwave b4 food container (Which Was Denied By Staff) ?
Best part of the meal was the Liquor !!

Had a takeaway today. Raw pastry on small virtually empty pies. Threw most of the 5 meals in the bin. Very disappointed as I have used this cafe for many years.
