This place is terrible. I can’t believe how bad my polish is, i should have looked closer before i paid. It’s dirty, fake nails laying on the lobby floor. The message was not good, utensils were DIRTY WITH DEAD SKIN and they tried to use them on us and did on one of us. We will never come back. Im very unhappy with the service.
Today was my first time here and they were nothing short of amazing… I got one of the best, and lengthiest pedicures I have ever had. My full set of acrylics look really good as well, would highly recommend!!
I just moved to this neighborhood 5 month ago. Previously, I went to this nail salon for 3 years, without fail. I am very happy with this salon. CLEAN and bright interior, everystaff is kindly & PROFFESSIONAL, and the nail work has been consistent. I'm very SATISFIED with my nails.The price also CHEAPER than other place.The shop owner (Helen) is very friendly and chatty. When I'm here, I feel RELAX & COMFORTABLE like my home. Keep in mind, i watch other clients and the designs they get, and the technicians do great work. Definitely a good spot. I spent great time here with the staff, really. Highly recommend to everyone!!!They are the BEST , I love this place.

???????? I love getting my nails done! I'm always complimented on how good they look! I'm now known as the lady with the pretty nails. After every loan signing I completed, the one question on everyone's mind is: Where do you get your nails done? This salon is my go to and will always be my go to for brow wax, manicures, and pedicures!

I really wish I had the ability to reply to other reviews, but I will just add it here and hope that this is seen. This is for DONNA JOHNSON'S review: Donna, I am KaSheena! I write my own reviews and add my own pictures. I GUARANTEE you no employee or former employee of Delux Nails or ST SPA and nails are using my image or placing reviews under my account. I am African American and have been going to the nail salon since inception. I have also never experienced racism of any sort against myself or others in my presence. I also try to receive BOTH sides of stories as to what let up to the incident. I know Kim and TD very well! I've also seen many of their employees come and go and come back again! Any and all issues are handled INTERNALLY since why you might see a nail tech there one day and gone the next. I also work as a dispatcher for the police dept. My position does not allow me to make certain comments, statements, or appearances on certain things or else I would've came to the protest and stated my opinion. Review update: 5/14/19
Deluxe Spa and Nails are now under new management and are under the name ST Spa and Nails. It is very apparent that once Kim and TD left, so did some of their clientele. The mood is different. Its quieter, and a lot less busy. I've been going here since its inception and I plan to continue. My nails always look good and now there is a lot more designs to choose from. I will continue to post pics to hopefully bring in more people. So far my photos have racked up over 20k views.
I have been going here since they've opened and have been satisfied with my nails everytime I come. My nail tech is Kim who is the wife of T.D. and also co- owner. She constantly does and awesome job on my nails and eyebrows. I've never waited a long time to get my nails done or for any other service. I know for a fact they are NOT prejudice against black people, because I am one. I love the work they do and if I have a special request they will do that as well. If it is too busy for you, you can always make an appointment.
Got a gel pedicure, have gone there for months. Always had the owner. This time had a new guy!
Absolutely awful, didn’t get the calluses off, didn’t clean under my nails, and polish all over my toes!

Wow... thats being nice... to start off I call to find out the rates... someone answers and doesn't speak nor understand English and kept saying okay... then hangs up... I decided to go inside anyway... BIG MISTAKE... when I go in it's clean and all so I let the rude call go.. but when I pick the polish I want and sit they fill it with slightly warm water... as I'm waiting for them to get started another customer walks in wanting a pedicure as well.. they get their water set up but when getting their station and cart ready I see the lady crouch down and pick the used tools from another cart and put them in a bag that was the same kind of bag my nail tech had opened... I was too busy watching this when my nail tech starts doing my pedicure (which they are doing a lousy job)... trying to use their own nail to chip off old polish on my toes... doing a bad job on clipping my nails and triming the cuticles... started using a metal scrapping tool without asking... good thing I looked up in time and told them no(they didn't speak English either) so it was hard to get them to know what I was telling them to stop doing... putting way too much lotion to do the massage... then after they dry my feet to begin putting polish I have to call someone else over to show them a better job needs to be done... they then ask "oh so you want the cuticles clipped more?"... I look at them and say "umm yeah it's supposed to smooth around the nail"... so they fix it but then proceeded to put 3-4 coats of polish on... hopefully it last... but I'm not holding my breath... I definitely won't be going back to that place.
Soooooo terrible. Several times. I went to this salon because it was in a convenient location and had maybe 2 good experiences which kept me coming back. I asked for accent nails on one nail On each hand. the woman told me that I am lucky that I found someone that would put seven coats on one finger nail. And acted like I was inconveniencing her by needing more coats. Another time I went and asked for a cheetah print, they drew swirls (Basically an S) on my nailsWhich looked nothing like cheetah print. then someone else stepped in and said that they could do better. they ended up drawing the exact same print on my nails which again look nothing like cheetah print then she forced me to tell them who was better and I said ‘neither’. I eventually settled for just a solid color on what I wanted as an accent nail. Then to come back two weeks later for the woman to coach the man who initially did my nails to tell him how terrible he did because none of my nails were even sticking to my nail anymore. Then I finally went back to the very last time which was less than two weeks ago, now my acrylic nails are completely coming off and they look terrible. With the rude service and terrible product combined I will never go back to the salon ever. My acrylic nail is completely separated from my actual nail
