Our first visit to a nail salon in Blue Springs for my daughter to get her nails done! This will be our spot going forward! Tammy did her nails just as she wanted and she took her time with making sure they were done right. I will get my nails done next time. I noticed the place is clean, the workers were sanitizing several times while we were there, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We have been going to them for years and we’ve never had a problem, Took my mother the other day, March 12th at around 3:15pm But that had been the worst experience ever. They had to redo my mothers pedi 3 times! You’re suppose to go in to relax. But they have you stretching your arms all these weird ways because they’re doing your pedi at the same time as your acrylics! Lately, They are just always in a rush. As we head out to pay we asked if we’d get a discount for the inconvenience, she answered. “No I did the job” Yes they did, but to redo them 3 times!?

I just cannot continue to support them.

Garbage. I wanted gel. Guy told me acrylic is stronger and talked me into it. He was in such a rush to get it done. (I got pedicure, eyebrows and manicure) He laid too much acrylic and didn’t file off my old color all the way. Acrylic broke within two days I went back to have it removed and the lady that was filing it off wasn’t paying attention and hit my cuticle twice because she looked away. Still didn’t get all the acrylic off my fingers and I asked for a refund because I was not gonna have them redo it and they refused to even give me partial refund.

This is after a week of wear and tear. When I 1st got them done they were alright. When they were putting the acrylic on my fingers were burning. It took them an hour to do these nails. I have been to many nail shops and this is the 1st one where it took an hour to do this type of nail. Every time I have gone I've got them square and just regular nail polish. No bedazzle no gel nothing extra so I really do not see where it would take them this long to do a simple nail

I have been here multiple times, and generally get great pedicures. I have only gotten two manicures, both gel, one with extensions one without, and both were huge disappointments. It was rushed, rough, and ended up lumpy, sloppy, thin spots, and poor shaping. The pedicures I've had have not had this problem. Compared to other places, I like the pedicures here best as far as the time spent, quality, and friendliness.

It was my first time getting a manicure and I really enjoyed it. The owners have been doing it for 23 years and their experience shows. The hand massage felt great and the nail art was very well done.

I love this place. They are friendly and they do a great job. I can go four weeks in between my manicures and the polish still looks great!

I made an appointment for a pedicure for noon thinking I could be done by 1pm to head to another appointment. They were very busy, so I didn't get started until 12.35. I asked if I would be able to be out of there by 1:00 p.m., And they were nice enough to accommodate me, but that meant cutting out many parts of the service. Which I was totally fine with until I got charged the same price as a full manicure. :( I was happy with the work she was able to do in the short time, though.
