This place is very hit or miss. My boys get their hair cut here and the cuts are, for the most part, done well. It's the customer service I have an issue with. We walked in at 7:00, they close at 7:30, one girl had a client and another was cleaning her area which was right in the front near the entrance. She did not look at us, acknowledge that we had walked in... nothing. She cleaned her area and left. Now I understand she was heading out.. BUT say something to your customers that walk in the door! "Sorry, I'm heading out but if you have a seat she will be with you in a minute." We sat there for 5 minutes while she cleaned up and then out she went. The girl with a client was busy chatting with the guy in the chair. Too often this happens here. The customer service is definitely lacking.

The worst place in the Cumberland area. There's always some type of issue. You get there early, you stand outside and wait for the employee's to show up. You will wait almost anytime You go. Which thats not their fault but what is their fault is having 7 people waiting and one of the two employee's just up and disappeared for 20 minutes and came back smelling like weed. But the main reason for me to take the time to write this review is, after waiting almost exactly an hour, the woman who cut my hair messed it up so bad I had to go home and shave the rest off. She was very nice about screwing up my hair. But it was a true mess. I will never go back. And I highly recommend no one goes back unless you need a styling by Cheech and/or the incompetent.

I was there to fix my hair. Some other barber shop messed up my mullet. Rae was confident enough to fix my hair and make it look great. If I want a mullet, Sports cave is the place, I would choose over others. The place is clean, people are courteous and super helpful. They go beyond their way to help their customers. 5 stars from my end.

Its aite. 1 girl can cut hair really good. The dude can give a good fade who is there on occasion. Do not let the old white lady named suny cut ur hair. She terrible. And she dont like kids

I have been going to the Sports Cave for a long time. The service has been always good. I would recommend going there. Eventually there has been different people have cut my hair. Always nice.

Went in and asked if they do women’s hair and she very rudely said they could cut it, but couldn’t style it. Not so much what she said, but how she said it. Didn’t seem welcoming at all. I left.

Very great, the cut was amazing. I went to go shopping afterwards and I got so many compliments, it made it very difficult to actually go shopping. People wanted pictures. I ended up leaving sobbing because I got nothing done. However my ego was greatly boosted. I am currently applying for a high end modeling company solely for my hair, wish luck. Thank you so much ????

There is no reason to turn customers away at 5 when you don't close until 6. Seems they want to be cleaned up and out by 6 instead of closing at 6 then cleaning up and leaving. Don't waste your gas if you plan to go an hour before they close.
