5 Stars Service. Took my daughters & her friend here for her birthday nails. We just walked In, to ask if they could do some nail designs my daughters wanted, & ended up saying, I’m glad we did. They did a great job. Very professional, clean salon, friendly & welcoming staff, we were offered waters/sodas right away, & I could tell they’re all about customer service, The ladies & gentlemen were ALL very pleasant, friendly, as well as welcoming. I’m not sure how they don’t have at least 4-5 stars here. They definitely do a better job than other salons I’ve gone to in the past. I stopped getting my own nails done, (as someone who always got nails done), because I was always being let down or disappointed or unsatisfied with the service/nails, I wish I would’ve had time to get my own nails done today too! ???? mommy will definitely be back for her own manicures. All nail technicians are great. Claudia did my nails last time. Beautiful mani-pedi! Mili has also done them. Excellent manicure. The place is very friendly, I highly recommend it.
Maria the nail technician was really sweet she work really fast but then they'll know look like it I want to I will go back because she's was really nice with my feet she was amazing she take her to my feet she did everything I asked for and really happy with the place I will go back
Been getting my nails done here for 10 years. Never disappointed. This place rocks!
The gentleman who did my pedicure was extremely rude. No communication and just made hand gestures. I was very close to walking out. I finished my pedicure but absolutely will not be returning to such a rude business.
Customer service could be improved. No common courtesy or common sense, depending who's the tech. the lady i got was an older lady with black hair and glasses, told me one price for nail polish removal, literally leaves me to do it myself and then tells me a different price at the end . Then ask for tip after the bad job that she did and poor customer service. here's a tip, avoid her if at all possible. Also no a/c and you sit there to get bitten by mosquitoes .
Really had a terrible experience here. Stay away. First the place was just really unsanitary. The tables were still dirty from the previous customer. Customer service was horrendous. The lacked the Common courtesy to help you with your belongings while your nails dried. My manicure was not even well done. I still had polish on my skin around the nails that wasn’t even wiped off. They also broke my skin on my heel when they were buffing. Just all around terrible. If I could give it no stars I would.
Had my nails done today by Steve amazing work my nails were super beat up after I took off my own acrylics you wouldn’t be able to tell after he was done with them!!! great customer service and conversation this is definitely going to be my regular spot
