Does anyone take pride in the service they provide anymore? They use unsterilized equipment on my feet, unsanitized instruments, previously used toe separators, used sanding bands, etc...
When you tell them about a problem with the service they talk about you in another language. Paid $15 extra for gel polish which was done horribly (all over my skin & see through)

I absolutely love this place. My pedicure was wonderful. Those hot stone are amazing. The people there were very nice and professional. I was nervous because this was my first visit there and only my 2nd pedicure ever.lol They made me feel right at home. It was worth every dime! I will be returning very soon!
Not happy with pedicure service, Spa Seven is charging high quality prices with very terrible service ????????????????don’t waste your time and money!!!! $60.00 for my pedicure after complete service dead skin still on my heel literally my heel was still white not smooth at all! Another worker walks ups and stated I needed to come back in two weeks! Due to the condition of my skin! REALLY! I take very good care of my skin and feet and I don’t mind paying for good quality service but this is not the spa to go to! If you are out of town and looking for a good spa day!
Absolute worst nail salon ever!!!! They are rude and do horrible work. They don't use sanitized equipment, they charge more than what's stated on price list, they have bad attitudes... it was truly a horrible experience!!!!!
Today’s service really reminded me of why I stopped going to this place over a year ago. First off the consumer service was horrible they greet you in a really rude manner and the services received was even worse. I have no complaints on the pedicure received but,the nails let’s just say they don’t look like they’re worth $10 let alone the $50 I paid and oh did I mention the owner Tiffany did them. A full set took her no longer than 20 minutes literally the job was really rushed and it shows. I asked for my eyebrows and lip to be waxed and it doesn’t look like a hair was removed.Never again I mean never will they get another dollar of mine !!
Would not recommend. Was my first time going, not very friendly, was rushed. Ultimately decided didn't even want service so literally got cut down and clear polish in which they charged $15. Gel nail cost $20. Definitely will be disputing with my bank, just didn't want to make a scene. I saw where color change cost $7. Will definitely never be back.
This was the most horrible and embarassing experience that I have ever had. Not only do they over charge you if your not paying attention. They also are racially profiling customers and talking about you in (chinese of course) to your face making jokes and games right in front of your face. I will never EVER spend another dime in that place and I urge people to never go there and spend their hard earned money with them for their enjoyment and jokes. Im a plus sized woman and I also very confident in myself. I will not allow someone to make jokes and ridicule my hands or feet the whole time. I was wearing a knee high dress with shorts underneath. It was talked about from the time I entered the premisise. No one wanted to do my feet they walked circles around me until one woman who works there had the nerve to come throw a towel over my lap. To which I responded there's no need for this I have shorts on underneath my dress. And I showed them this. Then and only then did I recieve some type of assistance. They laughed and giggled the whole time. Im knowing they were talking about me and so did my daughter. No it comes time to get my nails done and there's more giggling and shoo shooing.Yall all I can say is I have never felt so humiliated in a nail salon in all my life. Not to mention I was a long standing customer. Ive been going to them since after hurricane Ida and thats only because they were the only money hungry and disrespectful bunch of mongrels open. Then I watch another. Worker turn away about 3 black women only to then allow a white woman in who got her nails and feet done. Her reason for not taking the 3 black women.( they didn't have an appointment) mind you my daughter n I were walk-in. Complete bull.
The one star is for them taking me and a friend at 630pm. We both asked for and paid for a $35 pedicure. What we recieved was far less. The lady doing my nails did not use the tool to remove dirt from underneath my nail, she did not trim my toe nails just filed them, also she did not use a clear top coat. First and last time I will be going.
