The experience is okay. The ladies behind the counter can stand to be a little more customer friendly

I would give this store 10 stars if I could. I was hesitant to go in because of my ethnic background. I went in anyways and I was treated just like everyone else. The store is very clean, the people who work there are very friendly and very helpful. I started buying wigs for my own personal use in my business. I had no idea what I was doing so I asked them to help me. They took the time and made sure I made the right decisions. My customers love my wigs. I had such a pleasant experience there the first time that I have been back on many occasions for over more than a year now. I now buy almost everything I need from them beauty wise including make up and lashes. Thank you for being so diverse and so helpful. Kudos to this stores employees. All of them made me feel right at home just as it should be for all people of every ethnic background. Thank you again ladies. You sure know how to make a girl feel welcome.

Great customer service

They are NOT friendly from the door, these ladies act stuck up and very disrespectful. They wanted us to leave our mini book bags at the register, as if there was anything in there worth stealing, let alone in a mini book bag! Like get your life! Omg, what an insult to An Adult. Stealing is so childish. I would NOT tell anyone to shop there at all. They didn’t even have what we were looking for & they gave us a really judgmental look when we walked out without purchasing anything! The nerve! And you wonder why black businesses don’t thrive. Buy a vowel & get a clue that it’s because of your piss poor customer service skills. Kudos for opening your own business but news flash, it’s going to close down if you keep up that unprofessionalism.
