A decent takeaway and I’ve been a few times, though a bit on the pricy side.

My favourites are the chef’s special fried rice and chef’s special noodles - good portion and tasty.

Not so keen on the roast duck nor roast pork as it didn’t taste anything like Chinese char siu pork and the duck was quite fatty.

Don’t know what is happening to this place. Maybe a change of chef but last nights delivery wasn’t great at all. . The dumplings were the best part. The Singapore noodles had no flavour, special fried rice was ok. Prawn toast was so greasy that the oil was dripping off of it. The curry sauce was so over salty that was inedible.. sweet and sour chicken was ok. Chicken in yellow bean sauce was so weak with hardly any taste and the sauce was no thicker really than water. When ordering chicken in yellow bean sauce with cashews you expect the cashews to be cooked in the sauce. When we received it the cashews were uncooked and simply placed on top of the dish. This tells me the sauces are brought in and not actually made on site.

Such a pity as we have ordered in the past and always been very happy. Doubt I will order agsin.

This is the second time, I ordered with them and they cancelled the order after been waiting for more than 1h. I have made an order today, after 8h flight, waiting at home, until I checked and my order was cancelled. I did called the restaurant and they said that they have been tried to reach me over the phone many times and never had any missed called. Also they took money without confirming the order in the app. Never again!

This is one of the best Chinese I have had. We ordered a couple of appetisers and dishes.

For one of the dishes we requested not to add beef, but they unfortunately didn't do so.

Otherwise I would have given full stars.

Placed my order in the shop itself.

Got home and the order was wrong, half missing...... The manager pulled out the stops and made the other half appear on my doorstep within 20 minutes, and i live outside of the delivery postcode.

Food is exceptional, not greasy and is full of flavour.

My first time I have ordered from here and it will now not be my last! My food was delivered in a very good time! The driver followed my instructions really well, which I really appreciated (thank you)

Food was tasty and not greasy or overly salty, they followed our requests - i asked for sliced chillis on a dish and they delivered perfectly. Portions were very decent. We received an incorrect item and the person I called about it was very helpful and they gave us our money back without any issues.

It was our first time ordering from So's Kitchen, but we'd definitely order from them again.
