To all the guys and gals who have supported Smitty's throughout the decades , I'm sorry to say that it has now changed ownership and staff . With that change came skyrocketing prices . Most prices have doubled if not tripled . It looks like the new owner is part of our society that is caught up in American greed and has disregarded its loyal patrons who have supported the business for decades.
Perhaps it is time for a new Community Barber Shop to open up that will give services at a fair price and will be considerate of the clientele that supports it in our community .
Best of luck to all you patrons who supported Smitty throughout the decades in finding a reasonable loyal barber shop.

Yikes...avoid at all costs. Paid $10 for what has to have been the worst haircut I've ever recieved. I was probably in the chair no more than 7 minutes, the request to scissor cut the top was met with clippers. No parts were trimmed evenly, and far more of my hair was taken off than I requested. Save yourself the time and take your business anywhere but here, unless a terrible, $6 haircut is what your desire.

The worst experience ever.
1) She used an apron on me that wasn’t cleaned off, I should’ve left immediately but she began within less than a second.
2) I only asked for a lineup, that wasn’t at all what I got.
3) When she brought the mirror out, I requested to take a little off the top as she’d taken way too much off the sides
4) I didn’t notice the sign out front or read the reviews. It was $5 so I handed over my debit card. She’d given me the nastiest look as if I should’ve known, then she kept my card as collateral forcing me to make a trip to the bank on a $5 haircut.
Belinda is magical- not only does she cut hair and provide an amazing service to her community at a low price-
She has the most gentle motherly wisdom and a heart that pours love for all who enter.
Friendly, can't beat $5.50. and a good quality haircut. Good atmosphere without a bunch of noise and kids as well.
Excellent service at an excellent price. The staff is very friendly and polite. Only come here if you need a simple haircut.
Worst haircut I've ever been given. Going today to a different shop to have it fixed. Barber was older female - black hair.
Great place for a great cut. I have never been disappointed. Slight raise in price will not deter me from going back
