The first picture is what I wanted- the last two pictures are what I got! I was SO happy with Kathy’s work. She gave me exactly what I asked for and she was super prompt. My appt was at 4 and she had me in the chair, filing my nails at 4 on the dot!!! I had an awesome experience at sky nails, I would 100% ask for Kathy again.

Just moved here this place was recommended to me. They were super busy NYE everyone was super nice and fast!! My nails look amazing and I'm hard on my nails so they need to be thicker usually have to beg people to make them stronger but not this place. They listened to my worries and stepped up. I definitely will be back ????????

I honestly get the best shape out of my nails with this place. I always get coffin acrylics if I get my nails done, and they do a great job at that. They are also super fast, which is normally awesome, but I also incur the most injuries here. There is one gentleman that will file your nail the best and basically your bone off, I avoid him at all costs. I also had my nail beds nipped too hard many times and this last time found a large gash in my bed as well. I have a high pain tolerance and just want pretty nails, but be prepared for that to happen. Otherwise I've not had a reason to complain.

They did our pedis separate (one after another), and they did my pedi, my daughter’s pedi, and my sister’s pedi all in 30 minutes, which means they only spent about 10 minutes on each of us. I haven’t had a pedi in years because I usually do my own but I wanted something special for the girls. All of the previous places I’ve gotten pedis at usually spent about 45-90 mins on my feet, depending on the place and what I wanted done but the minimum for a basic was still 45 mins. I also received foot and leg massage and full scrubs, etc at other places. This place scrubbed my feet for about 30 seconds each. I spent more time here soaking my feet lol. We wanted a place to come to where we can wind down, relax, and talk while we all get our pedis done at the same time. We did not receive good treatment for the price we paid. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. I usually do not leave bad reviews but this really made me upset and I felt ripped off.

I'm baffled by some of these reviews! I'm somewhat new to Jackson and have had a hard time finding a good nail place. I originally didn't come here because of the reviews- then I asked a friend where she got her amazing nails done and she said Sky Nails! She recommended Jenny so I made an appointment. Jenny has now been doing my nails every 2-3 weeks for about 6 months. I always make any appointment and never wait. My nails never lift and are always the shape & length I want. I've never went to any of the other nail techs here but I have seen their work and it looks good too. If you're thinking about going here but the odd, negative reviews are scaring you- don't hesitate to check it out. Jenny is amazing and will do a fantastic job.

I had my nails done today with the dip! I’ve went here a few times and they have done an ok job but today was by far the worst I’ve ever had Ever!!! Wanted a light pink, Square shaped! I didn’t get the right colored pink nor the right shape! My nails aren’t even, smooth, or the same length! Oh top of it all there are darker pink spots on some of my nails!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I came here with my sister (who is from another state) to have a girls day out and get a little spa treatment. We wanted great experienceto get our feet bdone while we wind down and relax. Everything was rushed!! My total pedi lasted 15 mins. I have gotten pedicures plenty of times in my life and they always took their time and gave me a excellent treatment. They never rushed and they always went above and beyond. All of my past pedicures came with foot scrubbing that was more than 1 minute on each foot, it came with foot and calve massages that lasted about 10 mins on each foot. The entire process always took 45-90 mins. I wanted this to be a great experience. They seemed very understaffed. They did my pedi, my sister’s and my daughters all in 35 mins. All they had to do was tell me that they were understaffed and I wouldn’t have come. By far worst pedi experience ever. Never coming back and I do not recommend.

I loved this place! My appointment was at 4 and I had to wait 30 minutes over to get mine done but it was so worth it!!! My nail tech was Jenni and I will be going to her from now on, she was very quick and made recommendations on what she thought would be best for me. Very sweet and to the point I loved her attitude!!
