My husband had a growth on his shoulder for quite a while. He's been so concerned about it but we don't have insurance, so we had to save up to have it checked. You all were so reassuring to him that even if it is malignant that it wouldn't kill him. We're waiting on the results now hoping it's benign. Only issue we had is you used to have payment plan if it costs more but you eliminated that in January. Bring it back for self pay patients.

Dr. Taylor is awesome! She listened to my concerns and told me we would figure it out. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The nurse was super nice! My experience with this office has always been great!

Outstanding experience as DR HAYES is wonderful. The staff and nurses are caring and kind. They show compassion to all their patients in a professional and prompt manner.

i went in for allergy testing for my chronic hives and doctor the told me 99% of the time, there’s no answer for it, but to get blood work done anyway. one month later, still no call back with results, i called about 5 times and finally got a call back when i left a voicemail. i had 3 or 4 things out of the normal range in my blood work yet they told me they were all “circumstantial” and not to worry. that was it. no follow up, no trying to get to the bottom of it. just prescribed me strong antihistamines. i don’t want to cover up my symptoms with medicines, i’d like to know what the root cause of it is. if 99% of people have no answers for their hives, why are you not doing anything differently? waste of time and money.

My first visit here was a great one. I was very comfortable during the entire visit. Staff is very caring and explains treatments and options very well. Highly recommend the Skin & Allergy Center for your skin care needs.
