I had an okay experience, very fast service which I really like about them but I think maybe slowing down just a little bit would make their work a little better. Couple nails look filed slightly crooked but not too bad to redo them I just fixed them at home. Very pricey. Usually a fill in is cheaper than $40 but overall happy with them.

Did great on my eyebrows

I went in for a basic pedicure with mom and sis and the man who did my pedicure was very rude. Walking to the dryer my polish came off and I told the man then he proceeded by yelling at me in front of the whole store. He fixed it and I told him that the reason the polish came off was because the toe separator was causing my two toes to touch. He ignored me and sent me to the dryer again and as expected messed up once again. I was already upset so I went to pay and asked for some acetone to remove polish and the lady at the front desk helped me and asked another employee to fix my polish. I will not be coming back here, terrible customer service experience. Thank you to the 2 employees who tried to help me.

Came at 5 p.m. today which was Sunday and told my daughter I would get her nails done ɓefire she went home! They welcomed us in to get them done even after hours and we greatly appreciated that! Will be coming here for now on! Thanks to the team here at silver nails made my daughters day!!

This is the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life or should I say attempted! A young boy came to my chair to start the pedicure and I could tell he did not know what he was doing. I told him that I wanted them cut back and rounded. He proceeded to Try and remove the gel polish from my toes with a sander which he kept bumping into my skin. Not even all of the polish was taken off Please take a look at the photos below. He cut my toenails sideways and all the way down to my skin. Then he picked up a file and tried to straighten them out rubbing against my skin. I kindly asked him to stop and told him not to worry about finishing the pedicure. There was nothing he could do to fix my toes. They will have to grow out before I even get anything else done to them. The worst part is no one in nail place said anything to me or offered to fix it. No one apologized or came over to try to correct the situation. I would not recommend anyone to go to get any services done. It was awful!!

I showed my nail tech Eric a picture of what I would like and I kid you not it was the exact same as the pic I showed him job well done they look amazing he took his time and was funny and talked and jokes around great customer service 1000% recommend for you

I contacted them 20 minutes before closing and they told me to come on in. I got a fill in and pedicure. My tech was friendly patient and great at what she does.

She helped fix my nails that were in horrible shape after 2 months of bedrest from an injury. I intend to return and recommend Silver Salon to anyone that loves great customer service!

I always have a great experience at Silver nails I get the Deluxe pedicure with the pomegranate scrub. Very relaxing and my toes look fantastic
