Took my almost 2 year old there for a haircut because he doesn't let anyone touch his head and had a bad experience the last time he got his hair cut. But at shear madness there was lots of fun stuff to keep him happy and distracted he even let the dresser use clippers on him! When he did get upset a couple times they were patient with him and quickly got him back to being happy to finish the haircut in a good amount of time!

We enjoyed our visit ! Short and sweet how we like it. Great haircut ! Fun place and we like the stuffed animals and books they offer for sale. My son enjoyed a movie and playing with a pop it while getting his haircut. His favorite was the sitting on the Dino. He enjoyed his lolipop after. The price for the great haircut was the best of all. Would highly recommend!

Great experience! My 2 year old wasn't thrilled about his first haircut and hates water on his hair but the stylist was absolutely amazing! Very professional and patient with him. She put on the TV show he wanted and wasn't upset my son was crying or anything. The receptionist was very kind and professional and everyone we interacted with was very nice. Will definitely be returning!

Had scheduled a hair appointment and when we walked in we weren’t even acknowledged with a hello. Poor customer service by receptionist, terrible haircut by hairdresser, and expensive for the 10-15 mins spent on my kiddos haircut. Cool chairs and TV set up for kids but won’t be going back.

The first thing I said was, "my son is psycho I need your best person here". My son HATES haircuts. Why I don't know but he moves, he cries, he acts like he's dying. It took 2 people to give him a haircut! But they were so prepared and nice about the whole thing it made me and my husband fell so much better. They apologized up and down for not doing the best job, but are you kidding? I would expect even the best kids hairdresser in the world to do a perfect job! They managed to cut it and have it look decent. I'm perfectly OK with it. Thank you all for being so patient and kind with our monster!

Absolutely loved this place. Called and made a same day appointment. Michelle was so good with my daughter! She even put 2 braids in her hair at no extra charge. Very happy with the service and pricing. Thank you!

My son got his hair cut her and it was good at first when we came in but when my son was about to get his har cut he started to cry so much the lady was going soo fast that she pintched my sons neck so bad he has more in the back but my son didn’t wasn’t me touching him around there.And I don’t like his hair cut is not even. I don’t recommend this place.

They’d better close this place instead of ruining their name this much! I took my son here 3 times, his first haircut was 3 years ago and it was a great experience. Next visit it was two years later and son’s second haircut( medical reason), she was so nervous and unexperienced. Then just because my son likes their seats, I went there one more time. Unhappy and rude reception and then the hairdresser she was in rush and forcing my kid to stay still and pick specific seat and she didn’t change the cartoon for him, also she was keep saying do NoT move I said!! We are done with them. Never recommend and come back unless they have some fixed welcoming staff again with the updated online booking system and hiring mature staff.
