Extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and disrespect that I encountered during my last appointment. I had a 6pm appointment, I was not acknowledged until 6:27pm (which I was initially okay with...I know how busy it can be), however then I was left sitting before my nails were complete while Tina attended to another customer. After being a customer for 10+ years, my concerns were completely dismissed. I've gone to Tina for many years and was extremely shocked and disgusted by her behavior toward me, as she became argumentative with me. She usually does a decent job, but this was terrible customer service. I will not be returning to this unprofessional environment.
I used to love it here. But recently they have been careless with the pedicures. It hasn't been only me but also my family members have all gotten pedicures and the end result is horrible. Nail polish looks horrible. Heels are all peeled and dry. I got a pedicure for a reason, for my feet to look better. Not worse.

I've been going to sexy nails 3 for about 4 years now, I love Jessica and Tina. They get the job done right. Jessica usually does my pedicure and does amazing.. she's gentle and really cleans my nails and my toes are straight cut and stunning! Tina is great with my nails, no matter the shape she's does a great job. I don't go crazy with the designs but if I do I'm very simple and tina knows that lol.. and Steve is great as well... he's quick but does amazing work!
Rude !!! Didn’t feel welcomed at all . Came in the salon for a filling. Waited over a hour to be serviced, just for my hand to be pushed around with an attitude. Very racist

Went here to get a acrylic full set and within 2 days 4 of my nails broke from doing literally NOTHING, just regular s**t.
I heard great reviews and have seen some nice set of nails from people who go here. I was helped by Christina. She was on the phone for a bit, which threw me off but then she hung up. Despite that, she was very meticulous and made sure every nail looked the same and looked good.She also made sure I liked the color. The length was a bit long, but I ended up liking them. They're prices are not bad and they do a pretty good job.
