Our appt was at 09:00 and we arrived about 08:50 and they were ready for us and got us started. I just had a Pedi which was nice with the leg massage and hydrating oils. My mother had a Mani/Pedi and they were very gentle with her. She is 90 but still likes her nails to look nice. I asked for her nails to be fairly short which they did exactly how I wanted, it makes it easier for her. I would highly recommend them.
I come here every time I am in town! I live in Utah and have been coming here for years! Moon is my favorite but all the workers are great and always do an awesome job!
Overall I had a good experience. This is my second time coming here. My nails turned out pretty good. My only complaints would be that I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to get started. Also she scratched my big toe (see photo) and then sprayed alcohol on it twice which burned. Idk if it’s just me but when I got my feet and legs rubbed it didn’t feel that good (especially with that exfoliating scrub). Otherwise I had a good experience.
I visited serendipity on a Thursday. They got me right in. By Monday it looked like I needed a fill already and my nails were extremely thick.. I did not get a chance to go back and visit the salon until Wednesday due to work commitment. When I approached the girl "Tweety" that did my nails she didn't even look at me as I told her what the problem was. She told me it was because I had glitter on my nails.. I asked her if she was going to make it right and she said she would do it at no charge. However that was after going back-and-forth with her a few times and her being very rude. She also had a customer at the time that put in her 2 cents where it was not wanted. I did make an appt but did not go back. Terrible customer service and product. Would not recommend this salon.
