Jannette did my relaxed hair in a roller set and blow out. It was passable and acceptable. BUT, the service was horrible. No one greeted me, instead, the women just all stared at me. I had to ask Jennette if she worked there because she just sat there looking at me. I had to turn the heat on the dryer down because my ears were on fire. And she didn't use any protective spray on my hair when she used the flat iron. She used cheap products, too. I'm not going back.
Customer Service is Horrible Horrible Horrible and gets worst each time.
Products are cheap. And they talk about their clients in a different language.
Shop around their are much better salons close by that use products to promote healthy hair
Nice, knowledgeable and professional. Provides hair care services promoting healthy hair growth. Gets my hair straighter (4c hair) than if I would have relaxed it. They take care of my hair care needs from blow outs to braids. And it’s conveniently located to a nice beauty supply store.
This place is okay I thought it was a Dominican salon but shop seems to be Ethiopian. I went in as a walk-in and was serviced immediately. I got a blow out. My hair was straight but I had a lot of fly always, and they didn’t offer to clip my ends which were snapped every time she went through my hair with the flat irons. My scalp was also burned multiple times. Overall my hair was straight just questioning if it’s going to have heat damage but I think I’ll stick to my old shop.
I walked in after realizing that I did not want to spend the rest of my day fooling with my thick hair. Janet had me in and out on ONE HOUR with a full wash and blowout! Same results as a silk press in a fraction of the time. I am super tender headed and the service did not hurt at all. This shop has a clean and friendly environment. I will definitely be back! I went in to get a semi permanent purple color on top of a honey blonde I already had. I was told by the two women working that they could color it for me. The lady whom did my hair had no professional way of coloring my hair she literally slapped the color on and rubbed it in. Claimed she wouldn’t need two bottles of it. As she washed and blow dried it I noticed that most of my blonde wasn’t colored only my roots and ends. I was still charged full price for the color. I hate this place and will never return. I don’t advise anyone to go here for coloring nor styles. They are horrible.
Coming here for some years and bringing my daughters with me , Fanta does a great job on our hair.

I had such a wonderful experience here. My hair dresser Sandra did such a wonderful job. She cut my hair and dyed it and brought my hair back to health. I absolutely loved it. The environment was wonderful and very professional. The ladies were extremely friendly and down to earth. I absolutely recommend it to anyone .
