The employees were nice, but they overbooked. My friend and I had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time just to get seated and then we waited another 15 minutes to get service. Then, I picked out my color and the lady put this on my nails. She only did 2 coats and she rushed so she made a few small cuts on my fingers with her tool. I paid $50 and I even left a tip, but after leaving, I realized what a horrible job they did. It doesn't even look like my nails were done at all. I will never recommend it or go back.

Had the best experience ever here today. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the most relaxing good time and did an amazing job on my custom design nail. Thanks everyone I love my experience

I'm disappointed with how my nails turned out. The workers are very sweet but my nails are a flop. The gentleman that did my nails got up every few minutes to help everyone else but left me sitting there for a while. I did not mind due to him being so kind but the work on my nails looks very rushed. They just need more help.

I am a UTK student and was needing a good nail place and I came here and loved it!! They immediately started on my nails when I got there and I left right under an hour. The prices are affordable and they always do a great job and make sure I'm happy. 10/10 recommend!!

Highly recommend this place. The workers are soooo sweet and the service is even better. We were greeted at the door with drinks and our nail techs key and Bebe were adorable. They gave us free hair samples because we were interested in it. 12/10

This was my first visit and I was able to relax and enjoy being pampered. I was greeted by my first name and asked if I wanted a mimosa. Ky, the owner was so kind and David did a great job on my toes and nails. I will be returning!
