Best spot for a men’s cut in the area. Only barber I’ve ever been to where you’ll get a good haircut no matter who’s cutting your hair. Never had a bad experience here, they’re my go-to barber for a good reason
Made an appointment through their Facebook page, very easy. Showed up on time and they were waiting for me, I also got a great haircut. Cutting experience was great!
Semmy is good people he fast and official with the cuts he's good with lil kids too my son is 2 yrs old and hyper active and he did a great job. .
Met this young gentlemen at Fories restaurant this past summer. Had conversation and he stated that he had a bussiness in town. Conveyed to him that if I had an oppertunity that I would stop in. Very cordial and professional. Hair cut came out great. Next time he said he would give me a military veteran discount. Busy shop, good clientele. Will be back. Thxs/
First of all this a very good Barbar shop that I had best first experience with. But my last haircut yesterday was horrible and I couldn’t be sure of how horrible it was until I went back home and took a shower. There is a new guy there who shouldn’t be cutting peoples hair until he perfected what he is doing. I ask for regular haircut and not too short. And to slightly shorten my beard. He cut my hair too short and completely uneven and cut my beard super uneven in a way that my face looked different and I had to shortened it again at home. I Will use this service again but never new Barbar.
We found Semmy’s Barbershop after trying out different barbershops in the Middletown/Meriden/Wallingford area for my son. Semmy’s is def our top choice! While we usually do have a wait as a walk-in because it is almost always busy, that reflects the returning client satisfaction IMO. Appointments do get taken on time so it’s wise to make an appointment first. Semmy and his team do a great job of listening to their client’s needs, and getting to work right away.
We have been looking for a new barber since we moved out this way and have tried a few out with no luck... until today! We tried Semmy’s and will definitely be back! Showed Semmy a quick picture of what my 13 year old son wanted for a haircut and he did a fantastic job! It looked just like the picture! His attention to detail is top notch! When me and my son can both walk out loving the haircut, you know it’s good!
Came here for a cut while my barber moves shops and got the worst haircut of my adult life. I'd rather go back to the Cost Cutters my parents took me to as a child. Rushed, not even remotely close to friendly, lacking detail, no one wore masks, and over all sloppy. I've been covering my head whenever I leave the house for the last 2 weeks. 0/10 would not recommend.
