Booked the lash lift and had the patch test prior to this. I have had a lash lift multiple times in different salons but this time, the lash attendant curled my lashes wayy too much so that they curled round back into my eyelid (I can feel them resting on my skin when my eyes are open). The lashes were also curled unevenly in different directions (some go left, right and down) so it hasn't matched my other lash lift experiences as unfortunately it's started to look worse as time has gone on.
Please note I cannot comment on other services offered by Sebastian's as I only had the lash lift completed.
Edit: 3 weeks later and my lashes have started to fall out which has never happened! Pics shown how the perm has made each hair go in different directions - how did this even happen, what a mad technique they had?! ????
Katy was an excellent hair stylist and made me feel super comfortable. I was really pleased with how my balayage turned out!
Fantastic hair dressers who are experienced and detailed. I had a balayage, cut and styling by the owner Gladys who was incredible. She was considerate of my hair type, and the previous colouring I've had. She picked hair strands during the balayage not to damage and dry my hair further. She also gave me tips to take care of my hair and keep it hydrated. This is my go-to hairdressers now. I strongly felt taken care of and felt I could trust them. The prices are also very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
Love getting my haircut here - the staff are very welcoming, and there is a great atmosphere in the salon. Gladys always takes the time to understand what I want and offers great advice. Very happy with the service and haircut!
Amazing salon with really friendly stylists. I've had my hair coloured and cut at Sebastian's for over a year now and I'm always so happy with the result - would highly recommend!
Did a brilliant job of my complete hair restyle and colouring. I feel happier about my hair than for years. I cut about 8" off, and they also took care of donating my hair to Little Princess Charity, which uses hair to make wigs. Taking care of that admin was very welcome!

Best Balayage treatment in London if you ask me (and I have tried many) at fairest price. It has been lasting for over 6 months and will have it “retouched” next week. Fingers Crossed it will be as amazing as last time. No real doubts about that !
