Absolutely loved this place, warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and modern style. I have only tried the breakfast at Scott and Wilson, pleased to say its not you normal full breakfast, sausages full of flavour and a unique twist on most items on the breakfast. The only classic think on the menu is the coffee, i had a really well made latte. Hopefully I'll be back soon to try there evening meals.
Probably the best lunch that we have had in a long time. Nachos, Mac and cheese and the special Mac and cheese (which I had) and was was so very tasty.
Great value for money. Reasonable selection of wines and beers.

This is a fabulous little bistro a very cosy feel to the place.
From first walking in we were made to feel welcome, there is also an outdoor seating area as well as the upstairs area which I didn't see but the indoor downstairs is cosy with just a few tables.
The service is great very friendly staff who will help with any enquiries you may have.
The main attraction to Scott & Wilson is the food. Its freshly made to order and well presented the porsions size is just right.
The night we went there was a live singer on also a young girl got up and song a few tracks (very good).

We ordered takeaway via uber eats I had the Chilli Cheese Burger and my other half had the Katsu Curry. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and would highly recommend them.
We have been meaning to try this place for ages, although with work and then lockdown it's been a long time coming. But boy was it worth the wait. Nice comfortable area, lovely decor with very attentive and polite staff. Usual Covid regulations in place and well managed. The food was simply sublime, perfectly cooked, very tasty. The only disappointment that I wasn't allowed all the desserts on one night so I guess we'll be heading back very soon.
Only had one quick (and just right strength) coffee but I was impressed enough to come away with breakfast and lunch menus. Other patrons' bacon rolls looked full of bacon, nicely crisped. I'll make a plan to go back shortly for one of their breakfasts: savoury waffles, perhaps, or a Scott Stack with a pork patty and hash browns? What caught my eye on the mains menu were the variety of currys and Thai, plus an intriguing mix of vegetarian flavours...and Katsu sauce...sigh!
Had a full lunch with Scott and Wilson and wasn't disappointed. Pulled pork burger was delightful, with wedges crispy as can be ????. Hot dawg was good (a bit too much for my taste but still good). And finally, the piña colada, one of the best I've had! Can't recommend this place enough!
I loved it here. I love that the Eat Out scheme has given me the opportunity to try new places while supporting small business. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and attentive and the wait for food short considering how busy they were. Will definitely revisit.
