Booked my daughter and I appointments. They were 15 mins late on mine which was understandable. However, my daughter also had an appointment. In the mean time they sat her next to me and took 2 other people. Followed by getting the water ready for 2 other ladies that came in for pedicures. Finally I asked when my daughter would have hers done. 45 mins went by and my daughter whispered “I don’t want them done anymore.” I told the lady never-mind- she told another worker something and suddenly he finished the lady and said I can take her. No because she shouldn’t have had to wait 45 mins after her scheduled appointment. So what was supposed to be a mother/daughter date turned out to be her watching me. Very disappointed. Second time this has happened- previous time was around 3 years ago
Gel manicure with French tips $45. The service was good. But even with an appointment they were 20 minutes late to get started.
I have been a regular customer for a few months now. They seem to be pretty popular in town. Today the nail tech hand painted an animal design on an acurlic fill. I think the design is pretty cute.
Sassy's is a 2 hr drive for me. Le's demeanor, & his prices, keep me coming back. I've a girlfriend in Manitowoc & I'm happy to get my nails done while I'm there visiting her. SO glad I found him.
$70 for a terrible service nail job. They didn't let me use SNS because they said it was bad for me I said I still wanted to use it and they refused, they made me use gel. And I was expecting to have sns because yes my nails are breaking and brittle no way will I ever go back. They kept talking bad about the place I work at I recommend going to CT nails in two rivers if you want better service my nails underneath the gel polish are breaking out from underneath because they didn't use any tools to clean up the sides.
Update: it’s been over an hour sitting here soaking and then they started another lady first because was throwing a fit because she’d been waiting a half hour…
They do a decent job, employees are super nice, everything is clean. Only major complaint is that they have too little staff and take way to many walk ins, when people have appointments. Every time I make an appointment I don’t actually get helped for 45-60 after my appointment time. I shouldn’t have to be at the salon for a pedicure for almost 2 hours.

This was $80! And was nothing like the picture showed. The 2nd pic is what she asked for. The 1st pic is what she got. I am sorry, but that is NOT worth $80.
If this cost $80, I am really curious to know how much it costs for the pictures that they post on here.
The crew here is amazing and very efficient.
I walked in with my mother and four sisters (as walk-ins) and we were all very pleased with the outcome. I got a perfect french-tip pedicure from them and had wonderful conversation the entire time. They are very accommodating and very helpful.
