Today I went and got a pedicure with Jenny. She did such a good job! She took her time and made sure all my cuticles where cut back good. Also, very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend for anyone to come get their nails done here!
I highly recommend Sassy nails. I have tried a few other local nail salons and this place is the best. Super friendly staff and they take their time! Reasonable prices and excellent quality work. Especially, Zula is the best. She’s been taking care of my special days with her great work. This time, I am going to Tampa FL, she made my nails vibe exactly where I am going. Thank you dear.
I asked the nail artist if she could do designs on my nails and showed her a picture. She said yes. I asked for a pink color as the base coat. When doing my nails, the first problem was that she got glue everywhere. She got tons under my nails, and got it all over herself. She kept my nails clear rather than doing the pink that i asked for, and you could see the chunks of glue under my nails through the acrylic. The lady laughed while doing the designs on my nails. One of the designs was fire, and she laughed as she told me she needed to practice it more. She redid my nail probably 10 times and it still looked awful. She then laughed as she did the smiley faces on my nails and said they looked funny. She made me pick all of the colors to use on my nails, then used her own colors on the designs. I didnt pick red for example but she used red. The paint was transparent in some places. My nails are crooked and she filed them too short on the sides so they hurt. When i left, she told me if i didnt like my nails i could repaint them at home, which i did, and i did much better than her. I paid 65 dollars plus a tip because im nice. Ridiculous price. Horrible service and nails. I wont be back. As per the comment below from the business, they're lying. My friend was with me and witnessed this all, she can attest to it as well. The nail artist said and did all of the things I posted and more.
Never had a pedicure before. One of my feet/toes is a bit distorted from an injury that I got in 1961 running over it with a lawn mower. I was kind of nervous about getting a pedicure with the injury I had. It ended up perfect she did a great job and I will be going back again.
I love this nail salon. Granted, I have only been twice, but I will continue to go back. I have gotten my nails done here as a walk-in (the first time) and by appointment (the second time). Highly recommend the technician Zion, but I am sure all of their technicians do a fantastic job.
I had my nails done at a place previously where they were so rough with me, I left the salon with seven bleeding fingers. I told Zion about this encounter, and she took extra care in making sure that she was gentle and the polish from the last salon was removed adeptly. I love everyone at Sassy Nails and recommend them whenever someone compliments me on my nails.
I did a search for best dip nails in Louisville and this salon came up. I stopped by one afternoon with no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. My nails are very short and had damage from previous gels. The guy said it was no problem and made my nails look great! He didn't try to pressure me to do a length i wasn't comfortable with and said he could do whatever I wanted. This is a small gesture but it's something I've never experienced at other salons. Everyone was so friendly. I'm usually very quiet at salons and not very talkative. This was the first time I talked to the technician the whole time. Although it was my first time it was like I was a long time customer. This was my first time using dip powder and they had a TON of colors to close from. I'll definitely be back!!!
Worse nails ever. Glue all under my nails. Nails are lumpy you can see right threw the color. Will not recommend this place
Great environment! I got the volcano pedi and it was amazinggggg. Super relaxing and for a good price.
