I took my baby here to groomed for the first time and I must say at first I was a little scared, because my sweet girl tend to get scared when I leave her, and not to mention she is my first pet and I didn’t have any experience with dogs and how to raise them,but after talking with some of the staff I learn about healthy treats to feed my husky when she being nothing less than amazing!!! I also was educated about a better choice in food for my husky! I strongly recommend booking an appointment for you pet here, because of the staff and their ability to care for your pet and your concerns,O and all these amazing features come at a very affordable price!!! Thanks Sarah’s Grooming you guys are amazing and deserve everyone of the five stars I gave you. See you soon!!!

We took our Yorkshire terrier to Sarah for his first clip. I knew he would look cute, but I didn't know he'd look this cute. Sarah was very nice and did a great job on our dog.

I have had very good experiences with Sarah’s grooming. She is the best in town. I took my schnauzers there for years & now take my standard golden-doodle.

Chaos! I called for an appointment for my two who have been regular customers. Ms. Becky, the groomer who used to make the appointments and personally groom my two, no longer works there. When I called last week, I was told that someone would call and work my two in for an appointment. After not hearing anything for four days, I kept trying to call the business on the way to Columbia from Edisto Island, only to keep getting a busy signal. The owner(?) today said that she was not answering her business phone because she was so overwhelmed. This was ONCE the best place, but today’s experience with trying to get an appointment leads me to believe that the great experience is now gone!

Truly the best groomers ever! My two babies always look amazing. They have best customer service and they love your furbabies as if they were their own.

Filthy, cramped, and overall not a good environment to put your dogs through. I walked in to see about getting my dog in (no one would answer the phone) and walked out almost immediately after. The main groomer is rude, short, and manhandles the dogs. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants their animal to have a positive grooming experience without leaving traumatized.

I really wanted to like this place because of all the great reviews but unfortunately I don't. My wife took our pet to be cut and washed, she went to drop her off and she said it smelled really bad there like the place hadn't been cleaned in awhile. So my wife dropped her off and had not left her there for more than 30 mins at the most and said something told her to go back and get her. So she did, and our dog totally smelled like cigarette smoke. Took 2 days to get it out of our car just from driving her home. Now they may cut Great hair, I don't know, but just know what you are in for when going.this was our experience, I hope yours is different.

The folks at Sarah's are Dog lovers !!! They do a fantastic job, at reasonable prices... Parking can be sketchy at times, but I've been using Sarah's since moving to Columbia... Definitely Recommend!!!
