I've been a customer of this store for many years. Each time I visit, Ms. Sarah always has this inviting personality. She knows I travel from Arlington, VA and makes sure my visit is well worth it. She is very patient. I have never seen this woman lose her cool. She always have suggestions if I can't find what I'm looking for. I can't speak for anyone else but I love to see her every time I go there. Thank you Ms. Sarah for the beautiful person you are!!!

My experience each visit, is nothing less than superb. Sarah will ensure that someone is available to assist, when she is not available. If a product isn't in stock, she will order and shipment is delivered within a reasonable time frame. I've frequent various beauty supply stores in the area and my personal top choice is Sarah's, thus far.

Great shopping experience. Asian owner with black employees. The owners run the store and were very kind. They have everything you need here though. The hair packs weren't enough hair though so always buy 2 more than the 2 more you thought you needed for braids. Lol, great scarf collection and nail polish.

Loveeee Sarah's!!! She has almost Everything that you need for a reasonable price. Great customer service and friendly. BTW I have been going here since I was 18 as a Natural Stylist and Makeup artist now 42. I met Sarah when she had her first beauty in the little corner. Highly recommend!!! ????????????????

This is my favorite beauty supply store in the Marlow Heights area. The customer service is phenomenal, their inventory is always fully stocked, and their prices are reasonable. I have been going here for years and not once have I had a bad experience. They may not be black owned but they are amazing!

I had a bad experience. Bought some hair one day try to take it back the next day because it was not good hair very very frizzy just from walking around in it. Went to the store the next day to see if they would allow me to exchange it and they would not. Hair did not cost a lot but it's the principle. They could have allowed me to exchange, did not request a refund.

I have been patronizing this business for years they carry alot of items some ltems other beauty supply store doesn't have

I live in the area and this is the best Beauty supply around okay, Buy Wise is too expensive the Africans in Marlow Heights shopping center by the Dollar Tree are Clatchet, and the Chinese people down by the Rainbow are racists so Sarah’s is perfect. They have friendly helpful staff who are aware of the products they sell, they have a little of everything to buy lol every time I walk in I end up spending more than I had planned which overall tells you about the experience. The store is always clean, products are always fully stocked and I’ll continue to support this beauty supply only the others are seriously no competition in my opinion.
