2 guys that were ahead of me had their hair faded took over 15 mins, but wen it was my turn it took 3 minutes or less for 17 bucks and it was worser than a army cut. which i dislike. dont recommended if u really need a quick fade. stick with your original barber ???? if really have to wait ????

Well I'm sorry for the people that had a bad experience but in my case i can say that they really friendly people treat me good and i really appreciate that because a good customer service is what always make me go back to a place. I think it has decent prices and they do a really good job so i really don't have nothing to complain about. And if people would take the time to read or call and ask about if they take appointments then wouldn't have to wait that long .

Very disappointed with the hair cut! Hair styling got so excited and she cutted whatever she desired at the moment not fallowed client requests... so sad. They lost a costumer and references to other people.

Me hicieron pasarla muy mal después de que un cliente me pidiera mi turno a lo cual amablemente dije que no dos veces, para que posteriormente Marisol (la peluquera mayor) me preguntara de nuevo como 3 veces de diferentes maneras hasta casi insistir. En ningún salón había tenido una experiencia tan desagradable. Además de que las instalaciones están muy deterioradas y cobran 14 dólares lo cual para el servicio y las instalaciones no lo vale. Además usan la misma toalla para limpiarte la cara a ti y a quien sabe cuantos más clientes.

They made me have a really bad time after a client asked me to give him my turn two times, in which I denied politely to have Marisol ( the older hairstylist) to come ask me like 3 more times and to almost insist. I have never had such a bad experience in a salon ever. Plus the place is run down and they charge 14 dollars for a service and installation that’s not worth it. They also use the same towel to clean your face and who knows how many more clients.

They did a perfect job on my son fade, they fixed up his hair after i took him to Cost Cutters on hamilton, they really dont know how to cut hair couldnt even do a fade..glad i found this spot!

Mucha gente, solo dos peluqueras que pobrecitas ni tiempo tuvieron de comer, y el corte de mis niños quedó muy disparejo avia cortado yo mi pelo ahi y me gusto pero esta vez ya no me gusto agradesco el esfuerzo de las muchachas pero creo no volvere

I love going to that place especially seeing Luli my favorite they do awesome and if for some reason our Barber is busy someone else attends us and helps us get out faster thank you so much
