The environment is always family like when you go there! Everyone is super nice and does an awesome job! Love going here for my hair cut and to add color to my hair!
I requested to color roots to match the rest of my hair. I also requested a trim of no more than 2"-3" off my length, and a brow wax. The lady (owner) was very nice. I was happy to pay the charges, which were very fair. I felt good about the results and returning regularly. Then I got home. About 8" had been cut from my length, and the color mix used, had noticeably gotten on my skin. After trying to scrub it off, without results, I texted the lady, explained and asked what to use to remove. I had already tried her suggestions, that did not work. Then she said she had to get it all over my skin to cover the roots completely. So the back of my neck, mid foreheads, sides,and around ears, were stained for weeks. No exaggerating here. I kept all correspondence. She needs to work on her people skills, her work ethics, and to to back to school, to learn proper color applications. Even with a cape on, she managed to ruin the blouse I was wearing.
Phebe does an absolutely amazing job! she’s done my hair and my husbands hair with no problems at all! i was very timid about getting my hair cut due to the last salon i went to, but phebe talked to me about everything. she did my hair just as i wanted. she also cuts undercuts and she always does it so well. i definitely recommend salon 249 to anyone who’s looking for a new salon!
I am always very happy when Phebe cuts my hair and waxes my eyebrows. She is always friendly, happy and sweet and gets me in really quick. Go see her! You will be happy you did!
This place is absolutely amazing. Phoebe is absolutely amazing at everything she does here. Her hair perfection is without a doubt the best within 100 miles.
I loved the effort my stylist put in to ensure I was happy with the color. I had very thick dark hair and went to blonde. It is not an easy process and I appreciate her hard work! I will definitely be back!
