The store has everything you want when looking for hair products, some stylish clothing and jewelry but the people that runs the store is rude af

I went today for the first time, and I couldn't possibly be any happier! The 2 ladies that helped me and my mother-in-law were absolute sweethearts, and very knowledgeable! Prices are fantastic! Quality is superb! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this shop to all our friends!

Always has everything needed and accessible all times. Overall it is the best store I've gone to

Poor customer service. When I walked in, 2 females were standing near the front door, looking at their phones and didn't speak. One walked by me to go to the back and still didn't say a word. Went to look at wigs and that female was busy looking at her phone, never spoke or asked if I needed any assistance. The only time someone spoke is when I was leaving and it was the gentleman behind the counter. The customer service used to be decent. Staff may need to be trained or re-trained to improve their customer service skills. If they don't like engaging with customers they should find jobs where there's little to no interaction with customers and personal cell phone use is priority.

Out of all the beauty places around Salisbury,this one is the best. 99% of the time they have everything I need . And the cheapest prices around.

Love this store always leave out of the store with a smile

I have always been to this store since they opened. However, I went over the past weekend with my daughter to buy hair. I made my way to the wig area as usual. One of the workers there that I have never seen before had a really bad attitude for absolutely nothing. Never offered to help me even when I asked for help she was rude and ignored me intentionally. She was helping another customer that she clearly knew. She took her time helping her and gave me the side eye because she knew I was waiting for help. Another employee came over but never helped me instead she started helping the customer that the other rude employee was helping. Bottom line, they never helped me. I was about to make a scene but my daughter was with me. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Whom ever the new rude girl is she needs to be fired because her attitude and rude behavior would never be tolerated at my store.

Next best hair store in Salisbury also the biggest, we call it the hair mall! They have some good selection but could have more different styles then some of the ones they have
