I ordered from here lastnight between 5pm and 5.15pm the estimated delivery was 6.30pm at 6.45pm the food was still not here so i rand and the girl on the counter said it was on its way that they were very busy so when another hour passed i rung them again and the girl said it was on its way i told her she told me that an hour ago that the food was going to be cold she guaranteed me it wouldn't. Another passed so i rung again at 8.45pm to be told that it had be delivered hours ago i told them that they were wrong that iv been waiting on it and she put the driver on he told me he delivered it to a house and a child came to the door i had no kids here the girl came back on the phone and said take it up with just eat. Poor customer service and i want a full refund. Yous should get the driver to go to the house he delivered to and ring me. Ill meet him and show him the proper house

Worst Chinese I've ever tasted! None of the food had been cooked fresh. Dried out reheated chips, salt and chilli chicken with veg that tasted like it was a month old, bland curry and dried out, reheated bland rice and noodles. Absolutely disgusting and nothing like it used to be and def won't be back. Paid £27 for the privilidge too, raging!

Awful place, waited nearly 3 hours on a delivery after phoning the place 3 times just to be told there was ‘traffic’ and it was on its way, when phoning the 4th time to cancel i was again told it was on the way complete joke, there was absolutely no traffic about Lisburn on a Wednesday night. Do not appreciate being lied to.

Messed up first order took it back and was handed another box half cooked chips and hard rice will not be back ????

Food wasn't the best and was delivered very late.

Only every had a complaint of food quality twice but waiting so long and multiple calls to be assured it was on its way is just shoddy. Best thing just phoned cancelled order and phoned the man lee ballmacash order placed and delivered within 20 mins. Look if its the drivers fault get a new driver if its not its a shoddy way to deal with customers tell the truth and say you are busy

Awful. Delivery arrived an hour late . Cold and soggy. Chips were overcooked as well !

Definitely don't recommend if you want your food before next Xmas. The majority of the reviews are negative and I should have read them before ordering . I tried here because my usual Chinese was closed. Go to the WokN if you are looking for some good food .

Tried for 1st time(wish I hadn't) curry was oily chips were super greasy and omelette was dry and lacked flavour. Will be sticking with my favourite from now on.
