Worst customer service ever! The owner was yelling at me because his employee advised me to buy the wrong hair color. When I complained and told him that the hair wasn’t my hair color. He was yelling at me at the store and told me that it was my responsibility that I should have checked. I’m sorry if I don’t have a masters in hair products. Clearly he and his employees don’t either because the employee told me that they were sure that my hair color was a 2 when it wasn’t. The owner was very disrespectful!
You are giving these people clientele and your money and they treat you like trash. Never again will I ever set my foot in this store ever again. I would rather shave all of my hair off than to ever come back here.
I had a great experience at S&S Beauty Supply. The owner and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.
There was lots of variety here. Lots of oils which I like. The people in the store didnt seem to helpful to the lady that was there asking questons. It looked to be owned by oriental people. I am from the south and most stores have one or 2 people of color working in the store to answer customers questions since most of the products sold here are catering to women of color but I didnt see anyone but and older gentleman walking the floor and an older woman at the register both not of color. I knew what I wanted so I was in and out.
Average beauty supply store, but they sell alot of old school products for the older ladies out there. Actual hair grease. Not alot of quality hair care products for natural hair.
If i could give zero stars i would. I use to shop here all the time. i recently purchased Mizani products from them one of which was a $34 thermasmooth shine extend anti-humidity spritz. i was getting ready t use it when i noticed the product looked off and smelled like straight alcohol. After doing further research i realized i was sold a fake product. Not only could i not find the bottle i was sold anywhere online but the labels on the bottle i was sold have no trademark labels. This is extremely frustrating that i have to sit with a product that is being falsely labeled. I would recommend not buying from them at all. They acted like they didn't know what i was talking about. Don't let these people fool you
My favorite beauty supply store!!! Very kind owner always ready to greet you with a smile and kind words. Also they take your temp before you enter and make sure you sanitize your hands, so felt very safe shoping there.
