My mom wanted a burger for lunch so we went to Ruby's Diner. When I asked about the chicken strips they said they were really good but those were the best chicken strips I've ever had. They were so tender and delicious and the breading was also good. The customer service was also great. Ruby's Diner is a must try!
We had the mushroom swiss burger and the classic cheeseburger with fries. The food was made fresh and hot! The fries were crispy and delicious. The burgers were saucy. We had a great lunch!
Took our grandkids for the special anthem community order and they loved it! Our granddaughter kept saying it was the best burger she's ever had. Our grandson ate every bit of his cheeseburger and fries and managed to finish his sister's fries as well. Nice clean food court in the outlet malls and it was a good way to get them out of the house
Ruben has the best customer service! They are a customer first company. BEST FRIES EVER. The burgers were cooked perfectly as well. All the employees like Evan, Johnny and Vic deserve a RAISE. Amazing customer service could not be more happy.
Delicious burger, delicious shake, friendly service, and gluten free catered for.....that is a gluten free bun that I’ve had there. And it tasted soooo good. Thanks so much guys :)
The food was good and made quickly. We had the 5$ Monday meal (cheeseburger fries and drink). The meat looked small compared to the bun but I was so full after eating it. They toast the bun perfectly. Fries were salted but not overly. Dryer is canola oil and the staff knew the answer right away. Staff was friendly.
Very disappointing. I didn't think I could go wrong with a classic burger for lunch. The burger was tiny, the bun was dry and I practically needed the fries with ketchup to make it palletable. McDonalds makes a much better burger AND it's cheaper. My dad and I came here together, $30 for two measly burgers and one lemonade that had a weird aftertaste. I hate throwing food away, especially when it's that overpriced but I actually felt sick after lunch and couldn't finish my work day. Charlie's has better value and it's right next to Ruby's.
This place always have the best burgers in the town. The staff is extremely friendly and food usually comes out pretty quick. Highly recommend.
