I have bad cuticles, so the actual manicure was not good. I could deal with that, but the application of the gel polish was ridiculous. I told her I didn’t like it, so she kept trying to file away the polish that was splattered around the edges. Asked to re-do, and it was just as bad.
Mgr told me to come back to have fixed, which I did. Much better, but the lady who fixed kept sighing like she was annoyed to have to re-do my manicure. I will not be returning. Beautiful shop though.
Excellent service! They stayed open for us, so we had the whole place to ourself! Nice treat!
This is a great place.. I love the service here. I sent a pic of my daughter nails. First time she got her nails and pedicure and now she loves it. The service is great. Prices are like their competitors. I informed them I am a diabetic they appreciate being informed and they did a wonderful safe job.
I had a great experience at this nail salon didn't have 2 w8 extremely long in spite of the holiday. The price was reasonable plus my tech was fun 2 chat with during my pedicure
I get gel manicures regularly and this was by far the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. There was nail polish on my fingers, and they did not cut and file my nails to make them look even. Each nail was a different length and shape. Worst manicure ever!
This place is terrible! Went there last Friday and the lady that did my toes was extremely rude. She argued with me about gel polish and then was very rough cutting my toenails. She actually cut my toe and didn’t even say she was sorry. Then when I left she put those floppy big shoes on me that never work. I tried my best to be careful in them but it messed up my big toe. I took them off when I sat down to avoid messing the others up and she then saw that my big toe was messed up. She proceeded to yell at me asking me why I took those shoes off. There were lots of other issues but too many to add here. I posted this earlier and it looks like it was deleted. Very unprofessional and I will not be back. I usually never complain about anything… I'm a tipper and it was hard to leave one with her. Also some horrible complaints on YELP about this place. Look at reviews before coming here!

Black customers be warned. They will talk about you, if you decide to leave as oppose to waiting to be served over an hr. Black customers are the bulk of their clients in every industry. But they will talk in their native tongues, thinking you don't know what they're saying. Can't recommend.
