As soon as I came in the staff was very friendly and understanding. I had 3 other wonderful ladies who all did pedicures and nails, and they attended us with lots of patience. As we waited for each one to get attended, they offered refreshments and some snacks to each one of us. We showed them a picture of what we wanted and they did exactly that. They as well stayed late to be able to finish. I will be telling all my friends of their excellent and professional work. I will definitely be coming back soon!

I stumbled upon this place searching for a nail salon that I could go to on the way home from work and I am SO happy that I did. Called at 4:15 asking for an appointment at 4:45 and upon my arrival, I was greeted and sat immediately. My nail tech, Anna, came over and politely greeted me and discussed what I wanted before getting started. I was then served a glass of wine and offered a snack which I thought was such a nice touch, showing me that they care enough to go the extra mile. Throughout the entire process, Anna was sweet, efficient, gentle and accommodating. She showed me each nail as she did it and made sure I was happy with everything she did - she even finished my manicure with a long and relaxing massage (no extra charge). I have been getting my nails done for 10 years now & this was hands down the best manicure and service I have ever had. Anna is an absolute gem!!

Came here to get my nails done for my wedding tomorrow and omg! Literally the best experience. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. My nails came out so nice and similar to my inspiration photo. So very happy. I will be back!

I really love this place. First of, it’s very aesthetic and beautiful. Very clean and sanitary! The workers and service here is amazing and it is so refreshing to be treated with respect. Respect the workers here too, they do everything just for the customers and work long hours. Make appointments asap, very time and money worth place. I asked for simple nails and they done exactly that, with their professional opinion of how it would fit my hands too! I love it.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this salon. It was a Friday and I called around 12 and was able to get an appointment for 130. The salon was very clean, employees were very professional, everyone had name tags too lol. What I loved most was the designated play area for my little one, the soft music, the open space between booths, the complimentary water and candies to nibble on. They even gave me the camera monitor to watch my child as she played. Anna did a wonderful job on my nails and I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely be back!

Heidi is the best nail technician I have ever used!!! She is so polite, detailed, and a perfectionist. The salon staff is very friendly, the pricing is very affordable, and the service is top tier. They have a space that is clean, neat, and up to date. The salon is in a location that has very easy access and has a lot of parking. I would recommend this salon to everyone!

Brought in a picture of what I wanted (posted) and this is what I got— I am in LOVE! I also wanted them a little shorter than the picture, so they came out perfect IMO.

My nail tech was Lisa, she was nice, gentle, and did a wonderful job. Kevin was very helpful, as well as friendly! My sister and I love coming to Sonoma, and will continue to do so.

It took a solid 2 hours to take off my old SNS nails + put on new nails.

My total for this service was $60 and I left a $20 tip because I enjoyed it so much.

I called ahead for a 3:00p appointment on Monday July 5.

I have been coming to this store for over 2 years now. With the current owners during the year. They are the most caring and kind people I have ever met. They keep the store clean and up to date. Their tools and towels are always disinfected, so there is no worry of fungus. They are like family to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. The quality of work they do is excellent. I would rate this business five stars.

Today
