The services while I was there were good. My nails looked great and I thought they did a great job. They were tipped very well and I was happy. However, 2 days later, one of my nails were completely chipped. I came in and they fixed the one nail but again a week later they all started chipping like crazy. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of gel polish they’re using, the lights they’re using, or what’s going on. I’ve never had a gel manicure ruined days later. I’m really disappointed. I was really excited. I guess I’m going to go elsewhere now.
I absolutely love this place, I have been here twice and I love the nail techs and the environment overall. This time I had the young guy he was very gentle and did a great job with my nails I am obsessed with them. I will definitely continue to come here!❤️
I came here with my niece after being recommended by a friend of mine. We both got full sets of acrylics and they turned out horrible. I showed the nail artist the design I wanted and she put the design on the wrong finger, which I wasn’t that bothered by until I saw the end result. She seemed iffy and hesitant on how she wanted to do the design and by the way it turned out, I wish she would have told me she wasn’t comfortable doing it so that I could have just gone without as it looks more like seaweed than flames. The shapes of the nails were off and the gel didn’t set all the way between coats so the nails were bumpy as well. There were also sharp areas and chunks that didn’t get filed down underneath the nails either. There were also some areas where the acrylic went far past my nail onto my skin. My niece got plain black nails and hers seemed somewhat better but similar in the bumpiness and crookedness. A man came and was speaking to the lady who was doing my nails and they both were looking at them but I’m not sure what about, then the artist quickly finished up as though she was in a hurry to be done with them. I ended up going home and filing/repainting them myself so I included a photo of that to compare the quality.
By far my FAVORITE salon!! I don’t typically write reviews for places but I had to for this place as I highly recommend it. I used to commute 40 minutes from school just to get them done here and have continued going to this salon for 2 years now! Dara always does SUCH an amazing job- he’s very careful and is very detailed.
Employees were not friendly. My pedicurist did not ask what kind of pedicure I wanted (I'm assuming there are more than one type and various prices). I guess I got the "basic" no frills for $33. Barely massaged, very quick, max 20 minutes. I gave him $40 and said change would be appreciated. He never brought any change. He got a very good tip for the shortest, most disappointing pedicure I've ever had. I definitely will not go back.

I went in for a gel manicure and when I left my nails looked fine, but the next morning they were air bubbles underneath all of them. I went in to get them fixed and they "fixed them" momentarily but as they did they sat me down at a dirty station and used dirty tools to shave my nail polish down. the bubbles came back a couple hours later so I went back in a second time to get them fixed but they closed early that day with no warning. I had to leave the very next day to go to Mexico for my sisters wedding and was not able to go back to get them fixed again. I won't be coming here again as they were not very nice about having to fix them.
I’ve been to this place before and they had always done a great job on my nails. But last week I went in to get my nails done for Halloween and a week later I’m disappointed. My nails from other places normally last me 3 weeks, the ones I got done last week are already breaking off. I know how acrylics are applied and these ones were done with a very thing layer, leaving them to break easily and without me even noticing. Just very let down with this set of nails.
