I’ve been here once before and enjoyed the way they did my nails so I decided to try them again. The nail tech was very polite, unfortunately she was very rushed with everything she did. I think it was because I was just a walk in and her next appointment came in maybe the last 20 minutes of her doing my nails. In the end I didn’t have time to look over my nails and ended up paying $50 for a lumpy, uneven, and streaky set. I don’t think walk in or appointment should change the quality you give to your customer, especially if they’re the ones who agreed to take the walk in.
Girlfriend and I went. It was ok as far as nail places go. They didn't speak much English wich made it difficult to comunicate with them,obviously. We enjoyed ourselves i guess, but they were rushed the whole experience. Told me to go sit under lamp fan table. I sat there for like 15 minutes and my nails still weren't dry. Proceeded to leave and messed up my nails not even half way out the door. And no I didn't go back. But for $60 I should have. But it wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with it.
Excellent pedicure, my feet felt so good afterward. They've done everything it's possible to do to follow Covid precautions, and I felt completely safe there. My feet lol great!
Very nice mani pedi. I have regular polish. They took their time and did a good job. They prefer you pay in cash but who doesn't.
Always a good time at Royal Nails. And Malena ALWAYS takes amazing care of my nails.
Had to get my acrylics removed and got a gel manicure. I wish I got her name but she was so gentle and did amazing on my set. I will definitely be going back. They’re so polite and friendly!
I was very disappointed in the owner Jasmine… I was a walk-in & she said they had time for my pedicure & manicure. After my pedicure she asked me to wait until she was done with last customers pedicure so she could do my manicure. She did some filing & buffing & wasn’t very talkative & then asked me to move another chair over so another lady could do mine since her customer arrived! I thought as soon as you accept a customer then you will get my undivided attention. I was happy with my manicurist Mel who was a delight to talk to. But it’s hard for me to see & my gel manicure started way above each cuticle! Not sure why that was! Probably won’t be going there again
Loved this place !!! Got there a little late but they still did my nails and I am in love!! Definitely going back ????
