The best salon! I’ve been using Royal Salon for years and nothing compares! Sandy does my lashes and waxing and Tina does my nails, and neither ever disappoint. I always get exactly what I ask for at a good price. The salon is always clean and organized. Staff is friendly and efficient! If you need waxing, eyelashes, eyebrow tint, manicure, or a pedicure this is definitely the place to go!!

I caught conjunctivitis from the eyelash extensions done by Ms. Sandy. Please be careful you guys I say this because you only have two pairs of eyes. I wasn't going to write this review, but the way I was spoken to by Sandy led me here. She was very rude and didn't care (Why would she. It wasn't her). Please put yourself first and don't let her do your eyelash extension.

Firstandformost, I did call talk to someone on the phone and it was Sandy and she was rude. I didn't wear make up and I know the aftercare of eyelashes. I'm licensed in that profession and I know how to take them off.

Now, I did took before and after pictures, but I can't post those because they contain my child(I'm not going to blur his face out either) It happened so fast that I couldn't enjoy them and photo bomb pictures of myself. Lastly, I am a busy woman I am always working and I don't live close by to come talk to you. Unfortunately I had to stay home and recover. I could't be around anybody to protect them and me. (I couldn't see to drive).

I take responsibility though I should've left when you got in that verbal dispute with your customer. Maybe you was mad and you accidentally did something because you was upset with her.

Can not do nails 2 of my nails broke on my other hand nails look like I had them 2 weeks do not waste your coins here! Stick with your nail tech

I have frequented this salon for several years but I never noticed how rude and arrogant Sandy and her husband are. I was waiting to get my lashes done and was next in line. I assume it was Sandy's lunch break bc she just leaves without saying anything and so I ask her husband ,twice, if Sandy was leaving for lunch. He looks me right in my face without answering and then turns to his coworker and starts a whole conversation. You can't be rude and get my money too. I'm done.

Andrea is the best! Showed her a wish picture and she executed my idea to the T! I’m in love with my toes all over again! She’s here everyday except for Tuesday and sundays????

I got my nails done on 7/28 by Tina. It was the fastest I’d ever had my nails done & I was skeptical as to how fast it was done. I even mentioned it to her that I hope they last. Well as of today as I write this review a month later they are still intact just grown out (to be expected) I wish I had Tina where I live because I would definitely be a regular for her

My nails look horrible. I paid $20 just for them to paint my toes and this is what I got.

I've been living in Columbia since 2018 and I kid you not , I have tried so many different ppl for my eyebrows. None were worth 12-15$ when I come from a place where it's only 7$-8$. I hated them so I honestly have been doing them myself or let someone just clean them up and just deal with what comes after just so they wouldn't be so thick and wild looking lol. Anyway if you come for eyebrows PLEASE SEE ANDREA!!! Let's just say I'll be going here from now on.
