Don't do it. We departed from out usual nail salon to try out Royal Nails. Very rough with nails, my daughter left with 2 BLEEDING nails. One from the nail tech sawing away at her nails, another from pushing her cuticles back way too hard (see photo). They didnt even take the time to make sure all our nails were even. Just shape and go. Tried twice to ask for a design on my nails and ignored. But they sure are snippy and rude if you get a nail term wrong. They soaked off my dip and I left the salon with nail polish residue on my fingers. First and last visit. 2 stars because they did serve us in a timely manner and the polish skills are there. But my daughter got dip and they used a dirty brush that got other colors on her polish. *facepalm* mad i even payed for this. We could have had a nice meal.
Always pleased with every tech in the salon. After 2 months of them keeping my nails health, the purple set is my real nails with acrylic.
They were nice, and I’ll always tip I didn’t complain about the service so it could be my fault. Nails are not even in length, have weird dips and the paint is very spotted. They looked better before I showed up to get a fill
I couldn’t get in with my usual nail lady and I should have just waited! The worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I kindly asked her to shape them a little differently. I got a rude response. She was shaking her head the whole time while taking my previous gel off. My nails are bumpy and uneven. Skip or wait for your usual!
Went and got my nails done for the first time today and I absolutely loved them and the service. I will be returning ????
As first time customer I was very disappointed and will never go back. I found the person who did my pedicure and manicure to be very rough. I ended with 3 places on my feet where she took the skin off with what looked like a food grater. I found the nail station less than clean and the plastic screen in front of me was just plain nasty.I have to wonder how often the tools they used were sterilized. I also thought they were extremely rude carrying on conversations with the co-workers in their native language, makes you wonder if they were talking about customer sitting in front of them knowing they probably don't understand a word they are saying.
Very clean nail salon, great staff and awesome work! I’ve been with royal nails staff for 8 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend ally, Tracy and Lee!
I have been seeing Lee for 4 or 5 years now and I would wait All day for her. She is kind and caring and the best ever she is like my family now I have and will always recommend Lee thank you Lee for taking extra great care of me Karla
