Diane is so friendly. She so really knows her stuff. She will walk you thru everything and explain how it works.

Diane is a magician! She was open to my wacky color idea and made it happen perfectly. She does a great cut, too. Her level of expertise is unmatched in all of the hair stylists I’ve visited in my life. If you want someone who will really listen to you and give you hair that you will absolutely love, get in with Diane.

I moved to SD not long ago and desperately needed the perfect salon. My sister in law told me about the Ritz and her best friend, Jen, works there. I went and upon entering I first noticed all the smiling faces. The receptionist was kind and checked me in. As I waited I gazed around. The salon is very neat and clean and organized. I met Jen and felt at complete ease. I was nervous at having a new stylist. She knows all about curly hair! It was a relief. I loved the experience and will always has a salon to go to! I would just like to share my experience at The Ritz. My husband purchased one of the package deals for me for Valentines Day and the stylists here took excellent care of me! They were so attentive and truly cared about me during my time at the salon. Shout out to Jess, Kerrigan, and Jen for making this experience memorable. I did encounter a very minor problem, but the owner Jen was all over it to make it right. I’m so thankful for a salon that treats people not like customers, but as if they are family. I will be recommending this salon to anyone I talk to!!

This place is so inviting. The ambience is great. Comfy waiting area, coffee and beverages are available. Everyone smiles and treats you like an important guest. You know you matter here.

My stylist/designer was Dayton VanderWal. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I had difficult hair - many layers of dye with intruding grey roots. She suggested a course of action and proceeded to make my 3 (or maybe 4) different colored hair look fabulous. She also did an eyebrow and lip wax. Nicely done!

I would recommend this salon, and Ms.Dayton absolutely. I plan on going back for a facial. Also many high end products available for sale at reasonable prices - from hair care to skin care, makeup to nails, and hair styling implements as well.

Today
