Had gel tips put on for family wedding. Great. Came back 10 days later for daughter's wedding. Brought 7 people.
The girl who did my fill in, was annoyed, cut my cuticles. Man doing my pedicure cut nails so short .hurt and cut cuticles. Went back 2 weeks later to have tips removed. Was charged $57.00 for some special tips were cut , but NEVER removed. After 2 months, I still have remains of it.
Never going again!!
Just recently moved out here and I've been looking for a nail technician and decided to come here. First it took over 2.5 hours to do Gel pedi and dip podwer mani (with tips). The woman kept messing up on the polish then she tried to give me the wrong color when I asked for Black. After the nails were on for 6 days they started to crack and chip. Its been 10 days and I had to take the nails off myself leaving 4 out of the 10 cracked across the middle. The vost was $95 and I tipped $15 even after the poor customer service. I do not planon going back ever.
Went to this place for a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. They burnt me so badly with the wax I had to go to urgent care. Both eyes swelled so badly the next morning I could not open them. I do not have sensitive skin and have never reacted to wax before. This is a burn, the wax was way too hot.
Probably the most spacious and best quality nail salon in Suffolk county. I walked in and thought I was in the wrong place. With an all-white interior, this gorgeous salon has a huge selection of colors, a very cool fish tank, tanning services, probably 20 pedicure chairs and manicure tables, and even more employees, which is very uncommon. I was seated and helped immediately, taken care of by only one pedicurist and one manicurist (another rarity), both who paid keen attention to detail, and had the best free 10 minute foot and back massages I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Did I mention that they walked around with a server’s tray of free drinks and offered them continuously throughout the visit? Never have I experienced such a wonderful, reasonably priced service at a nail salon before. My gel manicure lasted over 2 weeks and my pedicure lasted about a month. For the service, you cannot beat the price. Can’t wait to come back!
I needed a repaint for a wedding because my nails were chipping from a few days of use. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to fit me in after about 10 minutes of waiting. The place was relatively clean, the staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The space was large and like no other nail salon I've been too. The best part to me was the dual hand and feet drying fans. If there was one local to my area, I would go there in a heartbeat.
Got my nails done yesterday $109 gel pedicure and a full set done yesterday. Horrible job and way over priced. Literally one day after my nails are chipping.
Worse place ever to go get your nails done. Polish does not stay on and they do the bare minimum for a ridiculous amount of money. Plus they do not understand appointments I sat in a chair for a 3:30 and someone else was taken before me that had a 4:00. Bad management. Go anywhere else but here.
In love with my nails! I'm always happy everytime I leave here. The 10 min massage is amazing as well! I've gotten so many compliments on my nails since I started going here!
