As mentioned, I have done both acrylic nails and dips. I think it kind of depends on the technician you get. The acrylic nails weren’t so great, however, I gave them a second chance and got a dip in the technician was fabulous. The technicians name is Kim, and I’ve already proclaimed as she is my new best friend. On the left is the dip. On the right are the acrylics. The acrylics were just sloppy.
This is a review ONLY for Kim and April -- Kim does my nails and I am VERY picky. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT when you get there and let them know -- i always bring Kim PICTURES for reference and if she cannot match exactly she has never done something instead I didn't like. She is also down to use your stickers, jewels, etc.
April is THE BEST for a pedicure. THE BEST. Be a good customer and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT; these ladies work so hard and if you want to get what you pay for have the courtesy to make an appointment.
My sister and my mom and my brothers girlfriend went to get there nails done the nail art wasn’t even done properly my sisters nails look musty I can do better my mom looks like she let a 5 year old do her nails my brothers girlfriends nails look like she’s had them for years musty and yellow. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Gone downhill & losing their loyal customers to other salons. The place has turned into a mill for getting as many customers done as fast as possible. The quality & artistry they once provided has turned into rudeness & a slip shod job compared to what they used to do.
To be specific the strength of the gel nail is inferior and weaker than in 2017. What products are they using now? If the same, then why the gel chipping after two weeks?
My nails were so strong before a couple months ago, the mani would last up to a month. Now my last one did not hold up even two weeks before most of my nails broke off to the quick. And the color peeled off like loose plastic! I won't go back.
April is great! If you have an ingrown nail that's bothering you she gets them out pretty painlessly. My pedicures are always great. She is now at Carson Nails located in the same shopping center.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my experience here just now was awful. I went in for a spa pedicure. She hardly touched my feet, painted my nails and that’s it. She didn’t scrub my feet, massage me or anything. Then she left for 15min and came back. I brought it to her attention and then they all started cackling. If I didn’t say anything she would have charged me for a spa pedicure and it was anything but that. Just really disappointed.
If I could rate zero stars I would. I looked online for a nail place and looked at several pictures and decided to go check them out. Worst experience ever. My nails were all different lengths and some were crooked. Very unprofessional 2 ladies that worked there were fighting and screaming at each other one hit the other one on the arm. I had to go to a different shop to fix my horrible nails.never again and would not recommend them to anyone ever. Horrible place and not worth a penny. My cuticles are cut from the file they use. I have been getting my nails done for many years and have never ever had a set like the ones I have on. I told him that I was not happy and showed him my crooked nails and he acted like I was bothering him or irritated because I noticed.
The guy that did my pedicure was fantastic! He did an amazing job, such care to detail. Love my big toe flowers
