I love this spa, this place is now under new management so I can’t speak about before but this is my second time coming and I love the service. They will not hurry you out, they will take their time so come expecting to spend a few hrs here for many pedi. The attention to detail from the new manager is impeccable. I did have an allergic reaction from the gel on my toes because they flooded my cuticles with top coat but I will not lower my review because of it. I saw it happening and didn’t speak up lol so my bad, next time I will say something. But I’ve never had a cuter mani pedi in any other nail salon. I wish they cleaned their drill bits before every use so they can improve higiene for sure but that’s a choice you need to make.
I went to get a pedi and towards the end my both toes the gel polish was lifting and getting bubbly and the guy who did them had the audacity to stay pay rn and you can come back later!! Like this so un professional
Went in for a gel pedicure. I asked for square shape. I got every shape but square. I actually had to file my own toenails square. Their prices don't match their work.... Hard pass!
I went in for a gel manicure. The nail tech didn't push up and remove the cuticle on the top part of my nail. I should've complained, but I'm never going back there for sure. This shouldn't have been missed by someone professional.
I'm never disappointed when I get my nails done here. Staff is always friendly and inviting. They offer great suggestions but are never ever pushy if they can't do something. And unlike other places I've been to in the AV they do not overcharge and almost always can do what you want if you show them a photo. BEST PLACE IN THE AV!
This place is so unprofessional! I wish I would have read the reviews! The man who does nails is horrible! He did my feet so sloppy and didn’t listen to anything I asked for! I was asked at the end if I wanted to add a tip and I specifically told the lady no I did not and she charged me one anyways! Idk why this place is still even operating! It sucks real bad!!!
I visited this establishment for the first time & will definitely be going back to get my nails done there again. Staff was friendly & very detail orientated. I'm honestly not sure what the male nail technician's name was but he did a phenomenal job on my nails!
The one doing my manicure started cutting my nails right off the bat - didn’t give me a chance to say I didn’t want my nails cut just filed. Pedicure was so basic for the minimum of $37 - if you want French tip they add $10. Anyway two pedicures and two manicures turned to $200 - never going back too expensive for basic service - I recommend going elsewhere save your money
