Ok so when I seen that KIM COULD NOT DO MY NAILS, I SHOULD HAVE WENT HOMEEEE…..IF I COULD GIVE LOWER THAN ONE STAR I WOULDDDDDD…..Went in for thing, was getting charged for something else, then wanted to charge me $20 for taking my polish off after I refused service because the person doing my nails was not doing what I asked for‼️‼️ I asked for the style and cut exactly like the picture added!! IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WHEN KIM DID MY NAILS, now somebody else comes along because she’s busy……I just should have waited on her!!!

Great customer service. The staff needs to sanitize stations after each use. I had to request them to clean my area because cuticle oil was smeared and they wanted me to sock my nails. The fingers that I was given to soak my gel nails were full of white acrylic that was not properly cleaned from prior use. No new customer wants to operate on this level of service 1st nor future.

I came in for a simple polish change and they did phenomenal job. The colors were nice and it was a good coverage. It was easy to dry and the nail tech was nice. Would Recommend the woman one the last desk with brown highlights.

Andy does a great job on my nails. They have a good selection of regular and gel polish. They are always busy so you will wait in some way

First time visiting this nail shop was Tuesday. The service was excellent and the building was clean. The nail tech Kim took her time on nails and toes and made sure they were perfect! They even offered complementary wine or soda. I plan to return but I live on the other side of town! I’ll be sure to visit when in the area! Thanks again.

I have been going to Queen Nails for over 10 years. They are professional, clean, and always do a great job. I must say I am always satified with the work that is performed. You should try them too... you will not be disappointed ❤

I feel like this is not the best place to get your nails done at. For one, they have students, meaning if they mess up you can’t really complain about it. When you ask for the shape you want the nail tech will try to say is better a different way. If I am paying you my money, is how I want it done not you. It’s unprofessional, and unsanitary. Maybe I’m just too used to upstanding nail salons.. I don’t know but that’s just me.
