I called and ask for an appointment today and told him I was planning on using my lunch break to get a fill in. He said I could come at the time I ask for. I got there and as soon as he finished the person he was working on he started my fill in. He was amazing at getting the perfect shape and length I wanted! Super helpful and picking the colors I wanted! And got me out of there to be back to work on time! I was VERY pleased with my service today!! Will be going back for sure! I love my nails so much!!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I got some thick French tip Halloween nails and was not happy. There’s still bubbles in my nails the lines aren’t even on the French tip, the black is see through, the spider web lines aren’t connected, AND they charged me $70 when they said they’re acrylic sets where $45.

I’ve been waiting an hour so far. I noticed right when another customer left, I received a text message asking me if I liked the service. I think they bumped me off the waiting list instead of that person, and that I’m gonna have to wait longer. I’ll update my review if that’s the case.

(Update) the wait was an hour and 30 minutes. But I’m glad I waited. The woman doing my nails was pretty nice, and did a good job. I have never, ever touched nail polish, let alone get acrylic nails. She even showed me a picture of different nail shapes so I could get a good idea of what I wanted. So even though I don’t really have a standard for what good nails are, I say she did great. I will just be sure to place an appointment if I ever get nails done again.

As always I received excellent service and I LOVE my nails! Mr. Eric did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. Julie does awesome on my waxing. I highly recommend Queen nails!????

I get there tonight there was a short wait however she took my friend first then rushed through my pedicure. When I say rushed she got agitated with me for not having a color picked out made me get out of the bowl to go pick a color. I slipped and almost fell. She Jabbed me really hard on my big toe with the cuticle pusher along with cutting my cuticle so short she actually got my skin on my middle toe. Took the file she used on my calluses and rinsed it off in the bowl while my feet were still in the bowl. Along with taking the plastic off the bowl before I was done. When she went to do the massage she took the back of her hand and hit the bottom of my feet so hard it made my screw I have in my hips hurt. Along with slapping my legs. Then tried to call the cops on me when I said I wasn’t going to pay because of the simple fact I didn’t get what I came for along with I didn’t even get my nails painted. She made me pay $25 instead of the $28. As a beauty professional myself this is highly inappropriate way to treat clients and also and easy way for you to hurt them or give them an infection. Highly recommended DO NOT USE THEM! The only person up there that is good is Raelee. If you go up there ONLY USE HER. And FYI THERE PRICES ARE NOT CORRECT ON THERE SIGN!!!!

Very happy with this business. I’ve been using their services for over a year now. My nails have never looked better and they work is durable. I can work outside and not worry I’m going to break my nails or chop them.

I wish I could rate this place negative stars but one is lowest. I spent $150 at this location for my wife and daughter. The employee about 5"3" weight about 110lbs soak and wet was very rude. I do not remember her name or I would post it for everyone to know. She was very unprofessional at her job. The quality of her work was substandard. She even was harassing a couple at Dollar Tree while they were outside. This lady is very outspoken and rude. Plus this lady messed up my family's nails. She just laughed at her mistake and would not correct it. I would not visit this place again. Keep money your money and find better location to spend your money. I will never recommend this place to anybody.
