Yup, I just had a similar experience as the one several people have noted: stalker treatment by the staff. I went in wearing my work outfit (literally came straight from the office), asked where the drawstring ponytails were (they have very few options, so if that's what you're looking for, don't bother), and was VERY vaguely pointed in a direction. I go looking, and the staff person I asked followed me and spent the next ten minutes just hovering near me. Not helping, mind you. Not even interested in helping. Just staring at me. I never even left that aisle because I was trying to see if they had anything I wanted, and she just. Kept. Staring at me.
She left for ten seconds to help another customer who asked, and the next time I looked up again, boom, inches away from me.
Never going back again. The management needs to train their staff not to treat their customers as nothing more than potential thieves. The fact that I'm just one of several people complaining about this can't be a coincidence.
Good Good stuff here!!! My go to for eyelashes. I do not go anywhere without my eyelashes so I need good quality, sexy, unique lashes. This place never fails me!!! Big selection of lashes, styles and brands. And all about 3.99. The staff is awesome not overbearing just friendly so I love frequenting this place.
I like the supply of product but I hate to feel like I'm being followed. They keep an eye on you like you are going to steal something. It was close to closing time and I was trying to leave the store after my purchase and the manager pushed me out because he didn't want to let somebody in. I did not like that!
Large selection of wigs, which is why I was there. You're greeted when you walk in and you dont feel like you're being stalked while you browse. A young woman asked if I needed any help after I had time to look around and came back to me when she saw i was needing help with selection. She was patient and i had an overall great experience. I would definitely go back.
I used to go here every Friday and spend like $100 in store, but one day I bought my son who was having a fit, and I was told to leave there store. Now what if my son had some type of mental disability or physical disability? That's discrimination, I will not be shopping there anymore.
The wigs are a bit over priced. The hair products and accessories are in abandon. They might not have what you looking for but there’s alway an alternate. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you find what you looking for. Parking is not sooo great.

Went in for Cream of Nature Hair Color, I only use that one, it works best for me. Have been using it for several years. Great product.
